My wife, myself and three friends decided to do dinner at Up The Creek after four hours on the Verde Valley Train out of Clarkdale, AZ (that's another review). We had done lunch here six months earlier (loved it) and wanted to check their dinner menu out. We did call ahead and made dinner reservations. As we arrived, they were... More

Great food, friendly and attentive people, a classy rustic ambiance, with a beautiful view of Oak Creek. We stopped here to celebrate our anniversary after a day of exploring Jerome, Cottonwood, and wine tasting in Page Springs. We are so glad we drove back from Sedona to eat here. Such a nice vibe with reasonable prices for such good, fresh... More

Everything from the dressings to the desserts are in-house and fresh made! Owner Dawn Foss promises a unique and rustic environment, while enjoying a memorable lunch or dinner. Deceivingly larger than what it seems from the front, Up A Creek boasts a panoramic view of the gorgeous creek below. I enjoyed watching the ducks and heron below, young foxes, and... More

A group of ten and everything we ordered was amazing! Smoked salmon, Trout, Mushroom bruschetta, Ribs and Rib eyes, salads, soups, desserts...all sooo delicious! Newly remodeled but retained all the charm we love in AZ. Just a short drive from Sedona and the view of the creek all illuminated was beautiful, even after dark. They have a private room for... This little hole in the wall place is not to be missed if you're within an hour of here. The food is phenomenal. The wait staff is great - friendly and knowledgeable and happy to have a chat with you! The tomato pie was wonderful - the crust was amazing. The Better Than Brad Pit Pie was really good, but... I always read the bad reviews after I've liked a place. We received a recommendation from the volunteer Ranger out at Palatki Ruins. We had good food at a local joint. It' only has a few tables and we did wait for a table. This was not a problem and the food and the view were worth the short drive!

We'd driven by many times and finally decided to try this little, off the beaten track, place. We were not surprised to find the cowboy theme inside, and great outdoor view. But what did surprise us was that this place wasn't your average bar food. It was FRESH fish and unusual specials that were delicious! The mushroom toast appetizer was... More

Yes many are surprised once inside and the creek is so pretty now. All our seafood is fresh except the Friday Night Fish Fry. We do however use a wonderful sweet white fish and a house made beer batter that many claim to be the best they've had......even our guest from the East Coast! Fresh entree specials everyday for lunch... More

This is a Trip Advisor recommended restaurant so we were excited about dining here. We went for lunch and had a tuna melt and burger. The burger was good, but the tuna salad was so wet, It just slid off the bun, making a big mess. A bit salty and onion-y. The sweet potato fries were well cooked but generally... More
