Satisfying meal

Ate here with the six year old after a day of snow play, around 4:00 pm. Waited quite a while to be seated and although it was not crowded were seated by the kitchen and bathrooms. Ordered pizza and Fajita salad. While waiting we were given fresh dinner rolls with honey butter with both white... read more

Our extended family experienced an extremely well managed event with the Bonn-Fire Restaurant in Chino Valley. From start to finish our contact with owners, managers, and staff members was remarkable. The restaurant staff and management were attentive to our needs, exceptional for their meal service as well as during our prior meetings, interim communications for menu planning, thoughtful interactions with... We waited about five minutes for the hostess to appear. When she appeared she stopped at the bar and was too busy with her cellphone to come to the entry. We had hoped to sample the menu after their reopening; however, we finally left and went to another restaurant in Chino Valley. Food and value ratings are based on visits... More

2nd visit ,3 people, $40: 2 catfish dinners ( 1 piece of fish) with fries and cold slaw. Fish and fries were cold and bland, coleslaw was very dry. Hamburger with fries, fries cold and bland, hamburger brown on both sides but very raw on the inside. 1st visit was equally as bad, there won't be a third visit.

When to Bonn Fire when they were not busy. Ordered 2 sandwiches. We waited 45 minutes for them and finally left with out getting our food. The food should have been ready in about 5 minutes. Will not go back there again

My husband, daughter, and I had to leave because we couldn't get service! Literally went and asked for help and someone got us water, but never took our food order!

We came here for a late lunch or early dinner. Very nice looking establishment. My husband had fried cod and I had pulled pork. The salad was very good and I think a home made dressing. It arrived on chilled plates. My husband liked his fish but he said there really wasn't enough fish. It looked very greasy to me... More

After having spent several years frequenting this restaurant/sportsbar, I wrote an "Excellent" review for Bonn-Fire, based on the food, friendly patrons, and service. However, when I brought in a new customer for lunch this past January, I was refused a second beverage and told to leave by the assistant mgr, as he threw a temper tantrum. When I returned the...
