Having recently been to China and to Mexico, and loving both Chinese and Mexican food, I was intrigued by this blended restaurant. The cute "Pancho" Panda in a sombrero sporting a mustache sitting next to the Great Wall of Chino had me chuckling and excited to try the Machaca or Egg Foo Young. But wait... Why was there Jerk chicken... More

I thought to myself, Mexican and Asian fusion?!? How will this work exactly... Well the answer was the food and service were fantastic. I got a combination platter with a Red Jade Chicken (think General Tso's but better!) in a burrito and the Red Jade Pork in a Quesadilla. I also added in the cuban black beans and chicken fried... Don't waste your time with run of the mill chain restaurants. This is a real find so when in Phoenix try one of the two. Ask for samples so you can find what you like best. Great twist on fusion. Chicken fried rice and black beans with ginger chicken and a quesadilla Wow No need to dress up just go

Somehow it works. Food is amazing. Good value for money. Atmosphere is like high school cafeteria - don't go here for a first date to impress someone. Can be a bit loud depending on how busy there are.

As with the original Chino Bandito location, the food is really very good and that makes this a place that is worth going to. They do a number of chicken varieties and they are moist, tender and flavorful. Their machacha beef has an interesting tang to it. The black beans are a worthy side choice as are all of the... More

I was interested in trying the food here, since i like to make odd combinations myself. And boy was it great. It has different meats of the asian and mexican varieties, and you can have it mexican style in a burrito or quesadilla, or asian style in a rice bowl, or just seperate. The jade red chicken in a quesadilla... More

Really wasn't to sure about this place when I first heard of it, however I gave it a try. This place is pretty good, nice little vibe in the restaurant. Very big space for large groups, big screen on the wall with sports playing. Now lets get to the food, it's a mixture of Asian an Mexican. I always end... More

Haven't been here in quite sometime since moving out of the city, but i got to go back and man did the place deliver. Great combination of foods, the guy at the counter had no problem refreshing my wife's memory on the difference between the bowls and the combos. Great flavor, my little 2 year old loved it. Fried rice,... More

Way back in 1999 while visiting friends in Phoenix I was treated to some great food that was a strange blend of flavors and it stuck with me, that is I never forgot the flavors and how great they worked together. I never could remember the name of the place and have not been back to Phoenix until recently. My... More

I ate here with a friend of mine who lives in the area, but hadn't heard of the place. It's a bit off the highway, so it wasn't getting the kind of traffic I feel they deserve. When I was there, the food was great. Who'd have thought to cook chinese dishes and put them in a burrito sized tortilla?... More
