A fond farewell

We ate at Kai while staying at the hotel before moving away from Arizona. As always, the food was outstanding, and the service impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant for people interested in fine dining with a local flavor.

I don't know where to start, so I will work backwards, When we finished dinner and we got into our valet parked car there was a personalized thank you note from the chef, two cold bottle of Voss water in the cup holders, and a box of chocolate on the dash. I think the rest is self explanatory. Outstanding, interesting... More

Have had the pleasure of dining here several times over the last 5 years. Just the most wonderful experience from beginning to end. There is a reason that Kai is the only 5 star restaurant in all of Arizona as designated by the large travel concerns. Expect to pay more than usual but for a special experience give it a... More

For the finest of fine dining... The service, the food, the cocktails, the wine, the ambience...there is no place better! We sat down at 7:00 and left at 11:00, having consumed nine separate courses. From the cocktail to the coffee, everything was perfect. Thank you Feliciano and staff. Very expensive, but totally worth experiencing.

Kai is a dining experience! The menu selection, very special and we've tried many of the offerings over the last 5 years or so. We have truly enjoyed our dining evenings a Kai and will continue to do so at least once a year, especially on David's Birthday, Kai is his birthday choice to celebrate.

Dined here five years ago and we were very impressed with the service as much as the food. Dined here again in June and the service as well as the food was amazing and outstanding. We went for the full experience and enjoyed the Journey and each dish was better than the one before it. If you enjoy really fine... More

Open your senses along with your wallet and embrace the journey. Waited for years to try Kai and our 30th anniversary was the catalyst to making reservations. All the good you've heard is true. The service is impeccable, you're treated like a celebrity. Jeremy and his team took Excellent care of us. We opted for The Journey, a 13 course... More

I just can't describe the whole experience. A one of a kind food experience that will not disappoint. We had 8 people in the wine room and everyone was blown away.

This is Arizona's only AAA 5 Diamond rated restaurant. That might be a bit generous, as I expect my meats to be prepared perfectly at this price point. Bottle pricing was a bit exaggerated as well. Only complaints as everything else was much enjoyed.

For my wife's birthday, this special treat. Met expectations. Hey it's not worth it ALL the time, but it is worth it SOME of the time, if you see how I mean . . . ambience, service, food, wine selection are all above the norm. The full tasting menu would be an Epic Event, absolutely world-class . . . the... More
