Yummy!

Love being able to pick the toppings but a little overwhelming the first time. I tried the key lime first and it was just sweet, not much lime flavor. The second one was a blueberry and it hit the mark with the flavor. I had a bite of the maple and bacon. Bacon was good but not very song on... read more

I can't say enough about how horrible donuts are....too sweet, too soggy, too dry, or just plain not good....I am not a donut fan, until now! The Fractured Prune has the best donuts you will ever put in your mouth. You won't just eat one, and possibly not even just two! My recommendation is to order a dozen of variety... More

We stopped by Fractured Prune Donuts for the first time last month. The name led us astray as we thought there might be "healthy" donuts there. Not even close! (By the way, isn't healthy donut an oxymoron?) The entire process of ordering your donut can be confusing for the first time visitor. I wish they would help you more when... More

We make a special trip here to bring something fun along with us to a business meeting. A real conversation starter that made introductions easier. I'd like to say we made it to the meeting with a full-dozen but that would be a lie. The smell was so delicious we helped ourselves to a doughnut each on the way to... More

We watched a report on the local news of this doughnut shop and stopped in the next day on our way back to Tucson. We were not disappointed. There are 20 glazes to choose from for your doughnut and another 15 toppings from which to choose 2 for your doughnut. They also have 20 suggestions you can choose by name.... More

This popular East Coast donut chain is new to the Phoenix area with several more locations soon to open. Like many others probably have, I hesitated at the name (prune donuts??), but don't let that stop you (‘Fractured Prune’ comes from a lady's name); this is an amazing donut shop! You enter the store and using a little order sheet,... More

If I hadn't seen a picture of the food in this place, the name would have scared me off. However, the story about the name is posted in the restaurant and it is pretty cute. We drove from Queen Creek to try this place and we were not disappointed. My family selected their gourmet donuts, we watched them being made... More

These donuts are delicious! This is a cute little shop and while probably not practical for every day, who eats donuts every day? They don't have a drive through, but honestly, if you want that, go to dunkin. They are so fresh! I love that they don't even drop the donuts in the oil until you order them, and there's... More

A friend lives near this new donut sop in Chandler and told me about it. Being a big donut fan, I drove across town with my husband to sample the goods. It is a very ambitious place and business model, as customers must choose from a variety of glazes and toppings and hand their order sheets to a donut maker,... More
