Good Food

Nice, off the beaten path restaurant at the Chandler Regional Airport. Portions were decent and coffee was good. I had the Dutch Fry with bacon. Brought half of it home. My husband ordered the chorizo burrito which was plentiful and the sausage was nice and spicy. Our dining companions had the... read more

This place is a GEM. The setting is off the hook. During breakfast I watched over 25 planes take off and land, people were flying in, parking their plane and coming in to eat. That is cool. I had the Taco 3 egg omelette and it was outstanding, the cubed potatoes were excellent as well. I highly recommend it.

Fun restaurant at Chandler Municipal Airport. The service and food is good. We enjoyed Mediterranean sandwiches of eggs, spinach, feta and tomato on whole wheat muffins. We also liked the cornbeef hash. Coffee refills poured as we watched small aircraft land and take off. We recommend this restaurant. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

This was a great little place to watch planes land and have a great breakfast. It is nice for families. There is a waiting list for for a table inside, but you can view the planes inside the adjoining hanger (Cessinas) or see those outside while waiting. Very relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is crowded but pleasant. My breakfast was delicious.... More

Really good food and coffee! It is right at the Chandler Airport so you can see the planes take off and land. I little bit of a wait but totally worth it.

I went here for a late lunch on Friday. So so food, service was really slow. Took a 45 mins to get lunch when it wasn't busy. I had ordered hamburger and fries. I had heard rave reviews regarding the breakfast. Would love to try it. Next time in the area, will try earlier in the day when there is... More

Met our son who is a pilot. Food was diner fare as expected. Nothing fancy, but fine. Think sandwiches and melts. Friendly service and good views of the planes

This is a very pleasant break from the traditional breakfast place; it is at a small area airport.. Great food while enjoying the comings and goings of varied personal aircraft, including bi-planes. Eat inside or out--- the better experience is out. I had the Dutchman; a scramble of eggs, potatoes, peppers, cheese and you choice of meat all mixed together... More

The Hangar Cafe make breakfast the way I like to make it when I have the time. Great job with "ham and eggs", nice thick piece of ham and eggs always done to perfection, just the way you like them. If you don't mind waiting for 45-60 minutes they're great on the weekends too, but with the 15 minute drive... More

We've been coming here off and on for about 19 years when we visit our folks who live in the area. Glad we decided to check it out again today! We all had one of the very best breakfasts ever! The coffee was good. My chorizo omelet was exceptional-best I've had in a loong time. The chorizo was perfectly spiced.... More
