The Cork Restaurant has closed but has reopened under the name of Ernest's. The food is still top rate, however. We ate their last night and the meal was great. I had pork belly and ribs, my wife and son had Boar Risotto, and my daughter-in-law had buffalo brisket. As can be seen, game is prevalent on the menu. The... More

Nice atmosphere, good food, & excellent service! Really like the "Wine List"... see photos☆ Crab cake & Rositto were our favorites! They will be closed for the month of July...will renovate & reinvent! Sounds like Comfort is the Key Focus...we look forward to visiting the New Concept Cork in August!

2 went for the 3 course set menu The pork cheek dish was interesting The skirt steak - done rare - was somewhat tough and only had potatoes with it The brioche was OK - very light - not that great Desserts were both pretty and flavorful - sorbets - panna cotta with coconut and mango

We were pork belly virgins and are now converts because of how the chef at Cork prepared it with the meat portion perfectly cooked and the cheddar/broccoli soup balancing the pork fat perfectly! The steelhead wasn't overcooked which usually happens at all restaurants. We've had their hangar steak before and it didn't disappoint. The pork tenderloin was also superb. Since... More

Cork never lets me down. Every time we go for dinner the menu has changed with new local choices and the wine is amazing. It is a great 'date' restaurant but it can get a little pricey. Don't be detracted by its strip mall location.

Went for happy hour based on a good experience last year. However, left very disappointed with the food which consisted of dishes that included cheap fillers. For example, the pork belly dish contained a small portion of pork belly cubes on a huge bun smothered in a thick, tasteless floury sauce. The merguez sausage dish was presented on a disproportionately... More

Recently tried this restaurant because it was 1000 points on Open Table. Now we wished we hadn't waited so long! We sat outside on the patio which is not really very scenic since you are looking out on a trip mall, but there is nice fireplace and of course it is wonderful just to be outside. Food and service were... More

If you are ever close to Chandler, AZ, you HAVE to try The Cork. While it may be located in one of the many strip malls in the area and not look like much on the outside, what waits for you on the inside is well worth the trip! Since we live in the neighborhood we visit frequently for happy... More

I took my wife here for Valentines dinner. This place seemed like an average NICE steakhouse. Ambiance was OK, nothing real romantic about it. There was a nice little bar area that looked OK for happy hour too. Food was Great. I would say it was one of the top 10 steaks I've ever had. Prices were High but expected... More
