Good, not great

Ko'Sin is a typical hotel restaurant. The menu is a little limited and the vegetarian options are limited. The food is good quality, the service above average, but if you stay in this hotel for more than a few days, the restaurant will wear thin.

Ko Sin Restaurant at the Sheraton WildHorse Pass Resort and Spa was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. The Sunday morning buffet was delicious with many choices as well as an omelette station. Breakfast choices from the menu were also very good including French Toast with Granny Smith apple slices and a southwestern frittata. For a light dinner, the Caesar... More

First I am spg and former starwood employee and an investor and fan of starwood. SO I usually over rate. But.... this easter brunch was the worse brunch I ever had in over 50 years. ALL of our party agreed. Most of the plates of food I got was barly edible. Food was b or c grade and cost was... More

This is a restaurant in a Sheraton property. I usually do not eat in hotel restaurants but I am glad I made an exception. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. I wanted a red wine suggestion and he suggested Joel Gott. It was delicious. We ordered a kale salad that was dressed beautifully. My entree was sea bass sand... More

Excellent meal and inventive cuisine. Had bacon wrapped, buffalo meatloaf and a great burger on a fantastic bun! Crispy fries!! Also tried a tasty cioppino, southwestern style. Very fresh prawns, sea bass and scallops.

Had the Cioppino here for dinner twice. Nice southwest flavor with the Antioch chile broth. Large plump & juicy scallops good sized shrimp & a tasty chunk of seabass. The black bean appetizer was excellent as well. For breakfast had huevos rancheros which came in a nice layered stack of crisp tortilla, mild chorizo, and beans topped with nice runny... More

We ate at Kai the night before, and must admit that we liked our food at Ko' Sin MUCH better than our food at Kai. The food was very tasty! The chicken tortilla soup was good, but it was flavored too creole and not Mexican enough. However, the antipasti plate was fantastic! I had the Wild Horse Mac and it... More

We arrived a little late (and with eastern time zone jet lag) and were looking for a quick and good meal. The waiter was excellent and accommodated a few changes to the menu and recommended a nice bottle of wine to share.

Delicious food on a friendlier budget than it's 5 star sister restaurant Kai, very enjoyable patio seating for enjoying a beautiful sunset too!

We have been meaning to try this place for breakfast- made the mistake of going to the Casino, not the resort, and the smoke was horrific...So, the Ko'Sin was quite a change, but not sure I was impressed enough to try it again. The Huevos Rancheros that I had was lovely, though the queso fresco was so lightly used, I... More
