Our 3rd annual Restuarant week dining experience. Eye popping, mouth watering, superb service. Close to 15 different presentations. I returned to Binkley's this week after not visiting for a couple of years (for too long). Surprisingly, amazingly, they're still hitting on all cylinders. The endless parade of amuse bouches and palate cleansers astounds with their creativity and variety of fabulous tastes and textures, and Binkley's is still willing to throw in some drama and showmanship that never distracts... This was our second time to dine at this special restaurant. We went to celebrate a birthday and try the Restaurant Week menu. We ate at 5:30 PM as that was the only seating available when we booked. We were greeted warmly, seated immediately and approached for a drink order. The service was note worthy as we never needed to... More

Did the restaurant week menu, after failing to get reservations for a birthday and anniversary this year. Glad it had been booked. We found it pretentious and weird. The numerous amuse bouche were interesting but Barbie sized. The main course was the most disappointing. Pancetta a bit dry. Service good. Responsiveness to critique nonexistent. This one is heading downslope. We... More

I went with a large group of 48 diners. We opted for the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings. Excellent choice, the food was imaginative and delicious. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Kevin Binkley's fantastic creations twice and I look forward to my next opportunity to re-visit Cave Creek and Brinkley's.

It's a shame Michelin doesn't cover the southwest, if they did I'm confident Binkley's would have at least one star. Go for the tasting and be whisked away into a whimsical culinary journey with unique twists on what you thought was 'southwestern' food. Chef is really phenonenal. And the price will blow you away. You would pay double or triple... More

It was a pleasant surprise to discover an upscale French restaurant in a Phoenix suburb (OK, technically it's American cuisine with French influence) that gives the best restaurants in Boston, NYC and San Francisco a serious run for their money. The service was excellent, staff was super-attentive (they made sure every course was served right when we finished the previous... More

Yum! This place is amazing. We had the 7 course tasting menu which was excellent. The portions were perfect. At the end of the evening we could see the staff cleaning the kitchen and it was spotless we were so impressed - if only every restaurant was that clean! My boyfriend wants to go back to AZ just to eat... More

There are very short list of restaurants on the Phoenix Valley that I consider to have a pinpoint focus on the food and the food experience, but Binkley's is undoubtedly at the very top of that list. As you drive up to the restaurant, you might think that you are at the wrong place. It is cleverly disguised as a... More

Must go to destination restaurant. We ordered a clam gnocchi appetizer that was fabulous shared. Halibut was one of the best prep ever & prepared perfectly. I had pheasant with 5 spices set in a bowl of juice & tiny veges that worked perfectly. What was amazing was the extra little appetizers, pre-desserts, etc. They give you a tea that... More
