It's a shame Michelin doesn't cover the southwest, if they did I'm confident Binkley's would have at least one star. Go for the tasting and be whisked away into a whimsical culinary journey with unique twists on what you thought was 'southwestern' food. Chef is really phenonenal. And the price will blow you away. You would pay double or triple... More

It was a pleasant surprise to discover an upscale French restaurant in a Phoenix suburb (OK, technically it's American cuisine with French influence) that gives the best restaurants in Boston, NYC and San Francisco a serious run for their money. The service was excellent, staff was super-attentive (they made sure every course was served right when we finished the previous... More

Yum! This place is amazing. We had the 7 course tasting menu which was excellent. The portions were perfect. At the end of the evening we could see the staff cleaning the kitchen and it was spotless we were so impressed - if only every restaurant was that clean! My boyfriend wants to go back to AZ just to eat... More

There are very short list of restaurants on the Phoenix Valley that I consider to have a pinpoint focus on the food and the food experience, but Binkley's is undoubtedly at the very top of that list. As you drive up to the restaurant, you might think that you are at the wrong place. It is cleverly disguised as a... More

Must go to destination restaurant. We ordered a clam gnocchi appetizer that was fabulous shared. Halibut was one of the best prep ever & prepared perfectly. I had pheasant with 5 spices set in a bowl of juice & tiny veges that worked perfectly. What was amazing was the extra little appetizers, pre-desserts, etc. They give you a tea that... More

This was our third time dining at Binkley's and it was excellent as always! The menu is an interesting format. You may select a three, four or five course dinner or select a la carte. We always do the tasting menu usually three or four courses which really means with the small bites in between courses something like 10-12 different... More

The food is good and the menu very different. I think we caught them on a bit of an off night: they forgot a couple of our drink orders and completely left the wine off the bill.

Our second time visiting Binkley's and once again it did not disappoint. Service was warm and welcoming, the food was excellent and nicely paired with interesting wines. We had the 4 course tasting with friends and everyone was very pleased with their choices. If you're looking for an inexpensive very casual dining experience, this is not it. But if you... More
