This incredibly talented Chef has never failed to produce an amazing meal that surprises, delights and pleases. I've had Kevin's creations on probably 10 occasions and after each experience exclaim "It can't get better". Then I go to Binkley's for another dinner and I'm overwhelmed yet again. What a lovely restaurant!

Giving a review for Binkleys is like trying to describe a Renoir painting, a Rodin sculpture or a Rockwell poster. This is not "eating out", this is an eating "experience! We were given our menu, on the top was my name and Happy 80th Birthday. We were ecouraged to get the 4 courses with the wine paring. What a wonderful... More

The food and presentation were first class. Service, initially was sporadic. The place was busy. However, a comment to the wait staff, eliminated the service issue. Although 'pricey', the uniqueness of the food and presentation were the best. If you are in town try the place. Make a reservation, and bring a large credit card.:)

My husband and I went late one evening last weekend, and it is probably hands down the best restaurant we've ever gone to with regard to service, uniqueness in presentation of the food, and the food itself. The complimentary little mini appetizers throughout the meal are beyond even describing they were so unusual and fantastic...one was a little plate for... More

We visited for restaurant week and were amazed by much of their special menu. We started with a blizzard of small bites, a few of which were incredible - the chicken liver mousse, a blueberry in wild honey. The service suffered here, perhaps because the kitchen was pacing and wait staff could not keep up. Courses kept arriving while the... More

I went to Binkley's to see if things had improved. I find it so amusing to watch what impresses people. A tiny slider not much larger than a pencil eraser, yahoo, a shot of syrup with some chopped fruit pieces placed on an LED disc that changes colors, wow. A tea percolator with burner set at your table, cool. All... More

This restaurant certainly merits use of the "Chopped Judges'" highest accolade!!! Chef Binkley worked with Thomas Keller and it shows. We chose the AZ Restaurant Week menu with wine pairings. Included in the outstandingly prepared meal were 12 (COUNT THEM) amuse bouche which were one bite bits of heaven. The chilled creamed corn and crab soup was truly the best... More

My husband and I went for restaurant week and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant itself is small and overrun by staff everywhere. They kept it humming like a well oiled machine with dish after dish coming for an hour and a half. We knew that Binkleys is known for their amuse bouches in between courses but we were surprised... We went with friends during Restaurant Week, therefore allowing us to enjoy this experience at a much reduced price. We were greeted very nicely at the door, seated immediately, and had great service throughout our stay. When the appetizers started coming out, they were like works of art. The hours that must go into the preparation boggles my mind. I... More
