Great Breakfast but Pricey!

We enjoyed our breakfast including the spicy bloody mary served with stuffed olives and bacon and wonderful fluffy pancakes. Stay away from the Chiliquiles - all chips and not much green pork chile. Omelettes were good. They do have outside patio seating without any views since it is in a... read more

In the past my husband and I had enjoyed the selections at this cafe. The Friday night fish fry especially. Since it had been about 9 mos. since our last visit we decided to go there last night for fish. Boy were we disappointed in the food. We arrived about 5:10 p.m. and there were customers seated but it was... More

If folks come from Phoenix for breakfast, there must not be much in Phoenix. Perhaps it is the drive out of town which is the draw. One of us had breakfast and the other had lunch. Service was good but they really don't know how to make green chili, as others have indicated. Both meals were well prepared but uneventful... More

I like the BS Omlet, bacon and spinach with cheese. They serve colorful home fires in gold, orange and purple. Though I think the service size has decreased. They have a fun vintage car seating area right in the middle of the space. I have not tried lunch or dinner.

We used to like this place but lately it's been in a big slump. We've been going here for a while and it looks like they're in trouble. We've tried breakfast and dinner and both were below average. Here are the problems we've run into. Our last couple breakfasts have been way below average. Service is spotty at best. I... More

I really wanted this place to be good ! It is in walking distance from my house, they allow dogs in the outside garden and have great breakfasts in Sunday am! But Tuesday night dinner is another story! First of all after we we got water we had to wait to be asked for something else... Then it ends up... More

I agree with an earlier review, the green chile was perfect. My husband got is over a breakfast burrito, and I licked up what he left. I had a daily breakfast special and the lemon ricotta pancakes were wonderful. They came with eggs and nice, think-cut, crispy bacon, just how I like it. All the food around us looks great... More

We have eaten at this cafe several times since finding it after moving into the area. Mostly for breakfast, but once on a Wednesday evening because they have all-you-can-eat fried chicken meals that are delicious for a good price. (There was also live mucin in the back room behind their western-feel bar. Their food is delicious, and they have some... More

Went here for breakfast and both my husbands meal and mine were food at its finest.. Get anything on the menu with the green chili as it one of the best I have had. Personally I would recommend the fried chicken with fried eggs. Sounds strange for breakfast but it rocked...
