Best refried beans in town!!

Food is your average Mexican fare but the beans are outstanding! I usually do the drive thru, you can sit outside on picnic tables. They are pretty fast in getting your order together. Always friendly at the counter.

This place is a walk up, and drive thru place. Very good food. I had the chicken burrito, and there had to be about a pound of chicken in it. My partner had the chicken tacos, and lots of chicken in them also. Seating is outside, so it could be hot most times. But the food is worth the stop.... More

As a point of reference, some of my best years growing up were in Casa Grande in the 80's. It was quite a bit different then. One of my favorite places to eat was Little Sombrero. Back then the high school was across the street (I guess its the city hall now - ?), and we could go off-campus for... More

Many locals will tell you this is the best Mexican food in Casa Grande, but I beg to differ. I must add the caveat that I have only visited the place a couple of times. I have had a green chile burro which I threw away most of and a bean burro that was ok but not excellent by any... More

Living in southern California years ago gave me the taste of photo hut mexican food. I then moved to Indiana and spoke endlessly of it to my husband. After eating south of the boarder, we though we could get no better, wrong. The carne asada tacos here are the bomb! Tasted just like Mexico's. Only thing missing were the limes... More

I eat a lot of mexican food so, i though it was average. The service was good. My burrito came out less than 5 minutes. But overall the food was good and they have really good salsa.

Had lunch here the other day. Impressive. I had a shredded beef burrito; it weighed almost 1/2 pound and was completely filled with the beef. Mrs had a corn soft taco also of shredded beef. She said very good. She would have preferred a flour taco, but not available here. She thought the salsa was good; I did not. Price... More

This place has been a local must 40+ years, everyone when returning home will at one point stop by for a meal. Sometimes a little pricey but even so you'll still crave it for years to come.

As a disclaimer: I'm not from AZ and was just visiting, so I don't know what "authentic" Mexican food is supposed to taste like in AZ. That being said, I ordered one plate of beef tacos and my boyfriend ordered the burger. He reports the burger was basic fast-food burger the likes of the old-fashioned Taste-E-Freez or A&W Rootbeer drive-ins.... More

It's the perfect embodiment of old-time Az mexican food w/ great atmosphere, which for me means dining outside (only) at tables looking towards the county building. Good place to contemplate that Az is now incapable of such public investment. Also very close to the Casa Grande's central park & library, making it a nice stop for picking up food for... More
