We took a relative from out of town after making a phone call to the restaurant. We should have been suspicious when we were told they had the best "Beans in town" After we were seated we received a basket of Tortilla chips and a squeeze bottle of a salsa( which was so runny you couldn't keep it on the... My family and I went to this restaurant after our granddaughters Baptism to have dinner. Their was a total of 19 of us and when we walked in the owner didn't even acknowledge us so we walked into the dining area and walked to the back because a sign said we could seat ourselves, which we did. We were seated... More

There is a bit of a strange odor when entering, but once over that and you are seated (no hostess, just seat yourselves) it gets better. You get a tiny bowl of good chips and catsup squeeze bottle with "salsa" and then you order. Waitress brought more chips. I got a shredded beef chimichanga; it was huge, beautifully colored and... I have friends who just love this place and will not eat any other Mexican food in town. I find the food very good, but not the best in town. The prices are fair. I think if you want good Mexican food, this is the place to go that won't break the bank.

Used to be good years ago. Owner no longer cares. Place smelling of rancid grease. Dirty worn tables and boothes. Greasy menus. Wait staff slow and non caring. Food Greasy, bland and Poor quality. No reason to complain as owner is present but only makes excuses and hers defensive. Place is just awful. Got to Ricardos as the owner, Richard,... More

Smells musty, food is bland. Staff could care less. There are so many good Mexican restaurants in CG. I'll never waste my money on Ochoa again

The food was honestly terrible! The service was very unfriendly and spars. The girls barely speak English and we had trouble getting their attention for drink refills or anything else.

Ok, this is definitely a local joint. Don't expect anything fancy, and don't expect the dining area to be sparkling clean. The food was good, the refried beans were exceptional. I had a chicken enchilada with green sauce and it was obvious the sauce was made from scratch. The only negative is the chips.... taste like they came from Food... More

I live in Colorado and eat a good bit of Mexican food. This place is one of the better family type Mexican restaurants that I've been to. The enchiladas were terrific, especially the "flat" ones that they call "rancheras" with the green chile on top. Mine had shredded beef on it and the beef was really flavorful. My wife and... More

Ochoa's Restaurant has been my family's favorite Mexican Food Restaurant for over 25 years. If you have never tasted their homemade salsa, you have been missing out on the best. The restaurant is owned by very nice folks (the Garcias) for many, many years, the staff is nice and friendly and most of all, the food is great. Try it... More
