Breakfast sure is a winner...

Mrs had the banana nut pancakes. She declared them, "Excellent". Yes they were. I had the breakfast burrito. It was very good, made to order. Staff was very pleasant. All in all a very pleasant breakfast experience. Now, we'll have to give lunch a try.

This is an older restaurant and treats you like restaurants use to. They serve breakfast and lunches. When I moved here 4 years ago this was one of the first local restaurants we tried. The test was a BLT - they passed with flying colors. Home fries are actually that. Not frozen ones from the distributor.

We had pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and a chorizo breakfast burrito (by special request). Everything was amazing and the service was quick and friendly!! Prices were very reasonable too!

Food is not very good. My daughter likes their cookies but she is 6 so take it for what it is. I have tried it 4-5 times in the last few years and always leave with a feeling of "if I never come back here, it will be okay with me." The Big House Cafe is around the corner maybe... More

You'll feel like you've walked back in time a full generation. I remember as a kid eating at restaurants like the Cook E Jar anytime we went on vacation. This was before the spread of the pablum national chains. The food a tasty. The prices reasonable. The staff is friendly. Support a local business!

Seven ladies enjoyed breakfast here - the waitress was very efficient and friendly - I had the cinnamon bun french toast and it was very good. Others had oatmeal, pancakes, eggs and bacon and everyone was pleased with their food.
