We stopped on the way home from Sedona. The parking lot was packed and we waited about 15 minutes. We were seated at the counter and treated to a nice old fashioned home cooked meal. I had the meatloaf sandwich and hubby had the Augie Dawg, both with homemade chips. We ended with JD Pecan pie and Coconut Cream pie.... More

We stopped as we were hungry on a way back from Grand Canyon ....first impression was "let's run from here". Than we decided to try what was that....the atmosphere is not ok...looked dirty inside. We ordered sandwich with homemade chips...we got sandwich and fries...than we asked for our homemade chips....))) they use old oil for that ... The waitress looked... More

I have been to Rock Springs Café dozens of times of the last 20 years. On our way back from Sedona yesterday we were starving and of course headed straight for our favorite roadside restaurant. It changed owners a few years back, which saved it I think. The menu is a little different, but the look is almost the same... More

Driving from Phoenix airport to Sedona we really needed lunch, so left Rt 17 near Black Canyon City in hopes of finding something that was not fast food. We followed good signage to the Rock Springs Cafe where the crowds of local cars told us luck was with us. This place is a small gift shop, pie maker and vendor,... More

I just wasn't very impressed the last few times I have stopped into this place. Then when we stopped in on Sunday (of Labor Day Weekend), it seems to have gotten worse. It was very disorganized how they have their gift shop in between a restaurant & a bar. People mingling, you don't really know where you are supposed to... More

My husband and I are taking a short vacation to Flagstaff, Az and decided to stop at the pie company. The place was pleasantly clean. We noted that everything was dusted (unusual for busy restaurants with high shelves). We showed up the day after Labor Day, so we didn't get to sample the pies everyone raved about. They were cleaned... More

We stopped at the pie shop for breakfast! My husband had an omelet with everything (the Kitchen Sink) and I had a walnut-laden cinnamon sticky bun. Everything was excellent, And we love the kitschy Western flavor of the cafe. It was the stage coach stop and hotel a hundred years ago.

We stopped here after our ATV and UTV tour with Arizona Outdoor Fun. It was great. The pie hit the spot. It was just what we needed after an amazing adventure. We had the coconut cream pie. Loved it!

Have stopped in there before, on this trip today got pie and coffee. Both were the worst I have every received there. Not sure we will stop again but will advise friends to be caution on whether or not they want to stop there or not. If they stop it will be there choice at least I can say I... More
