Anytime you drive down I-17, make it a point to stop here for pie. If you are not hungry, get a piece of pie to go. I don't think anyone has ever had an average piece of pie. The food is great homecooking if you want a meal, but make sure to leave room for pie. My family has been... More

We stopped here because I had read many reviews about how wonderful the pie was. Even though they were busy, we were seated right away. Our server didn't blink twice when my friend and I told her we were splitting a meal and asked to substitute a second baked potato for the dinner salad. The meatloaf was delicious and the... More

I hate stopping for fast food on the road so this place was like a God send. I had the fried catfish and it was the best I've ever had... including my nana's from Louisiana. Sorry nana, but this place is the bomb. Everything was fresh and the service was great.

To preface, I did not eat here, but got food to go, but I did explore the store/restaurant. Our tour guide stopped here on the way back from a Grand Canyon tour for some famous Jack Daniels Pecan Pie. From what I saw, the place seemed very local and the bathrooms were relatively clean. They had a bar area, restaurant,... More

We saw this cafe on a tv special ("Best of Bakeries") and had to try it on our way from Phoenix to Flagstaff. It's easy to find and we were seated immediately. My daughter and I both had chicken salad sandwiches, which were fresh and delicious. The chips on the side were crisp and fresh, but I wish there had... More

We stopped here on our way through because I saw the billboard. We got three slices, all were soooo good. Help was so nice and even made me an ice coffee special because its not on their menu. Make sure to stop!

We were greeted by a friendly "Hi, come in and eat!" Loud and clear welcome. This is a landmark restaurant, with store and bar. We entered our name, but soon were called. Pie!! But the menu is also interesting and varied. Comfort food mostly. Can't find much meatloaf sandwich with bacon but they have it. Our waitress was also straight... More

You will find this is a nice stop for a trip from Flagstaff to Phoenix, or vice versa. It is very refreshing to get off the highway and grab a wonderful piece of pie! Their pie keeps me going back there, they are absolutely delicious. We almost always get one of the crumb pie pieces with ice cream and it... More

I've had eggs, biscuits and gravy and burgers here! Never disappointed! Food and service are great! This place is always packed too! I love the rhubarb pie in the summer time! Apple is great too! A must do if you're traveling north of Phoenix.

We have stopped by Rock Springs a few times on either our way down to Phoenix or up to Flagstaff. It certainly has a unique history and atmosphere, and their fame from their pies is well deserved as they are very good. The only thing that keeps this place from scoring any higher is that the rest of their food... More
