Overall food was mediocre. Salsa was good. Atmosphere was nice and bar was comfortable. Would go for drink but not to eat.

We had the guacamole made at our table and it was amazing! The flush tacos were also tasty as were the sides. Great, massive margaritas and the staff were really nice and attentive.

Located on the corner of Howell Ave just under the San Ramon hotel is Santiago's, a fresh tasty Mexican restaurant with attentive and friendly service. I ordered an authentic chimi and my wife a simple chicken taco. Both were prepared with care and tasted awesome. The chips and salsa were delicious. Our waiter was friendly and attentive to all of... Santiago's can always be counted on to provide a good meal. The salsa is delicious and that goes a long way with me! Some nice food options for all but total vegan a/o raw foodies. (Duh...it's a Mexican restaurant, right?) The side dish or "roasted" corn is probably the weakest link. The black beans were great. The chile rellenos have... More

We had taken a ghost tour, and it was time for dinner. Just about everything in Bisbee is done, closed and over by 9 and as it was 8:30 we looked for something close. We noticed Santiago's and thought that it would be nice to have some authentic Mexican food. We were not at all surprised. What is surprising are... More

Took two of my visiting friends to this restaurant - one had fish tacos, another had a spicy seafood dish and I had a pork dish - had guac made at the table and a few drinks - waitress was fantastic as well. Food was so good that we came back the 2nd night with the same waitress and the... More

My wife had the fish tacos and they were good, but not great! I had the 3 taco plate and the tacos seemed to be overly charred on the edges as if they were put on a grill to heat. This caused the meat on the edges to be burnt and the rest of the beef to be dry. The... More

This place is okay. Honestly, the best part- the chips and salsa are AMAZING. The margarita I paid $9 for.... barely had any alcohol, which for some can be QUITE disappointing. The meals OVERALL are quite high in price. My husband had tamales- they were okay. I've had several meals there... but honestly, I don't even remember what I had... More
