Ate there Friday night........Had to wait for a table but the food was worth the wait..........Good service, nice people working there..
My wife and I had a very good meal and some delicious Margarita's at Santiago's. The food was better than most Mexican Restaurants, good drinks and a fun atmosphere. Enjoyed our evening.
Santiago's did not disappoint. All of us had the house margaritas, which were decent. I'd say typical for most Mexican restaurants. We did not try the specialty drinks. We all enjoyed our food. I had the zacatecas, which included chicken mole, rocky point fish taco & chilorio taco. I'm not the biggest mole fan. It had a real toasty almost... More
We walked over from the Eldorado Suites after taking the Queen Mine tour (made the most of our stay in Bisbee). We were lucky to get a table right away, they soon had a waiting list. Everything was wonderful, Margaritas, Rocky Point tacos (fish), Zacatecas (a combo plate) all excellent. Free chips and salsa, with the salsa being a nice... More

Anything here with shredded beef is outstanding. The complimentary salsa, served with hot chips, was spicy and the flavor was about as good as it can get. Our server was excellent. Combo platter 11.99, good

Bisbee is full of surprises and this restaurant is one of them. Fine dining experience like one would expect in Phoenix but happily it's in a way cooler locale. I highly recommend a visit and remember to sample their unique tequila offerings.
