Being an out-of-towner, at first glance, I was a little uneasy about this bar. It's a total local bar with a pool table in the bar section and a dance floor / stage in the adjacent room. I ended up going their with two local friends and a fellow hotel guest that I just met. Long story short, if you... More

Great american bar, great music, pool, beer. Stop by for a drink or two, and chat to some of the regulars.

St. Elmo's Bar is truely one of a kind. It is very much a local kind of bar, and has been in business since 1902. A lot of character on the walls and the people inside. Pool tables, music, and a cool old bar to sit down at. Well worth stopping in if you are in town.

Liked it all, Band was jamming and the wife and I with friends danced the night away! Hot bartenders, good drinks, real fun! Very friendly atmosphere from everyone there. We had a very fun time!

The place is an old dive bar. If you need clean walls and ceiling not falling down in the corner this is not the place for you to go. The drinks were strong and reasonably priced. There were bikers, locals, tourists and a few dudes who looked like you didn't want to run into them in a dark alley. If... More

Stinky, dirty, unfriendly (if you are out-of-towner), VERY limited selection of low end drinks, service horrible. Just skip this one, no matter how much they talk to you about its long history...

A fun place, even though it's dusty and old. But, that's Bisbee. I've spent many fun nights at St. Elmo's over the past twenty+ years and have learned to enjoy it's ambiance. Plus, it's where the locals hang out, so after 9 PM you can expect to see all types of characters. Anything is possible in Bisbee, so this is... More

This is a fun place to visit when you get the urge for a brew. Always something entertaining going on, and on New Years eve, it's SRO! But the band is playing in the small room up the steps and a very small dance floor accommodates. It's a small popular bar in a small but fascinating town. You won't miss... More

This bar seemed to be the most lively and popular with the locals of the numerous bars in Old town Bisbee.....patrons were friendly and staff was accommodating.....can look a bit intimidating from the outside but worth a visit.....
