Although the dinners started with a soup, lentil and black bean, that was ok, the salad was delicious (for a non-salad lover, that's a lot to say) . I went for the special, a beef dish which I ordered rare ( perfect) and I was pleasantly surprised. Every sauce was tasty and the portion was huge. I was offered a... More

After a day of touring the mine museum, exploring the mine and walking Bisbee's ghost tour we were delighted with our dinner here. Our reservation for 8:30 was the latest one they would accept and we were the last table in the restaurant. But there was no undercurrent of resentment for keeping them there - it was a Saturday anyway,... More

This would be a great restaurant if it were in Napa. Chef/proprietor Rod Kass ' well conceived menu offers fresh cuisine lovingly prepared in convivial setting. Great food, service and people watching in a gorgeous historic building. Plan to be in Bisbee on one of the nights they are open (usually Wed. - Sat.) and reserve in advance. Eat at... More

Café Roka is a busy, bustling small restaurant with a superb wait staff, excellent wine/liquor menu and fabulous food. This is truly an unusual find in such a small town. It is reason enough to make the trip to Bisbee.

We had dinner here on an anniversary getaway weekend in Bisbee. We had been here once before about a year ago. The food is excellent, but our only complaint was that it was too much food for us. So this time, I asked if we could split an entree. For $5. more, we were able to split the entree and... More

I have to admit I didn't find this- we have friends who are "locals" and took us here for dinner. The food and service were great- wine, atmosphere and everything you would expect in a really great restaurant. However, they are a bit pretentious. Maybe that is to be expected in a town like Bisbee, or not.

I was with a group of 40+ people to dine at Cafe Roka. We were seated upstairs (3rd floor) in a quaint little room. They set up appetizers on tables as we walked in. Our meal began with a gazpacho which was delicious. This was followed by a small salad. Next we had a palate cleanser of lemon ice or... More

We had a fabulous dinner here. There are 3 levels of this restaurant & our group was at the top floor. The 4 course dinner was exceptional and so was the service. Beautiful restaurant. Best restaurant in town. Highly recommend it.

Though a restricted menu, whatever came out of the kitchen was well prepared and delivered by an excellent service staff. No complaints.

My wife and I ate here a few weeks back while visiting Bisbee. We have visited Bisbee a number of times over the years, but never had the opportunity to eat here. I was anxious to try it due to the high reviews. Well, here is my detailed analysis: [1] Food: I had the Lamb meatballs and enjoyed them a... More
