Creative yummy pizza

We shared pizza and salad. The kale salad was very good and the banshee pizza was perfect. The service was good. Informal with blankets to seat outside. Great local beer.

had dinner here with my wife last year--took my 9 year old grandsons this year--we each got a salad, and shared a pepperoni pie (pizzas are 14 inch) quantity worked out very well--(a pie and 2 salads works well for couples, also) who are better judges of pizza than 9 year old boys who are familiar with all the chains,... Pizza, large fresh salads, roasted garlic, sandwiches and more! The pizza oven is a work of art, as is the bar. Seating out back up on the hill overlooking the mountain and the sky. Watch the turkey buzzards teach their young to fly, and perhaps catch some of the locals flying their remote control aircraft. Full bar, decent wine list,... More

Stopped in during the Stair climbing weekend and found quick seating but a miserably long wait for ordering drinks and meals. Way understaffed for the amount of visitors to the city that weekend.

Appears to have been a gas station in a former life. So, there's not a lot of room in there; maybe 10 tables in the restaurant and a few seats in the small bar area. Really good pizza though. Fresh out of the wood-fired over, nice and cheesy. Fun atmosphere, music (but not too loud to hear the people you're... More

Even though I live in the county, I hadn't been here before last week. We were immediately seated and the service staff was attentive. I wanted pizza and beer, but not being a beer drinker I told the waitress my usual bottled beer was MGD and she made a suggestion of a local product by Bisbee Brewing and brought me... More

Stopped in here hungry and left satisfied. The local recipes are interesting and flavorful. They serve a gluten free crust for $3 extra and it is a good size pie and a good tasting crust. We will be back.

Went to the Banshee with my mom and brother. We were promptly sat and our order was taken as soon as we were ready. We started with the antipasto board which was awsome " would prefer a second cheese to three meats though". We had a bottle of the house white that was explained as a cross between Pino Grigio... We went here on a cold night in December for pizza. The pizza we ordered came out very quickly and we enjoyed it. The service was fast and efficient but there was a bit of a strange atmosphere among the folks working here that made it seem quite caddy among them and not very welcoming if you were a tourist... About an 8 minute walk up the hill from the downtown streets. Very busy, eclectic menu with great variety of food. Lived the fancy salad and knotty but nice garlic bread knots.
