We live very close to Settler's Bay and hadn't been in a while so decided to give it a try. We were greeted and seated right away, and everyone was pleasant and attentive. We had the seared ahi appetizer, which was very good, although it was a little heavy on the sesame seeds. With the coating on the fish it... More

We live near this restaurant and I took a friend as a guest there for dinner a couple of nights ago, a friend who is allergic to wheat and seafood. We informed the waitress that my guest needed choices that had no wheat or seafood in them and were advised that all their delicious sauces, specially mixed seasonings, soups, and... More

Great view, excellent food and service. The filet is one of my favorites. Hubby likes the prime rib. Some great Alaska fish offerings. Halibut stuffed with crab...yum.

When in the are I try to eat at this location at least once. Every year we have a family birthday party for all of us born in late Aug and early Sept. There are about 6. We have a birthday dinner here with people ranging in age from 4 to 65. Every one is happy. The food is always... More

The restaurant is 15 minutes from Wasilla in a nice view location so well worth the drive. Service was pleasant, friendly & timely without being rushed - take your time it's worth it. We were impressed by an extensive list of generously portioned appetizers including asparagus tempura (1 lb portion!) and seared ahi tuna with an invigorating ponzu dipping sauce.... More

If you are in Wasilla, AK, you need to eat at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the views are amazing. The best place to eat in Wasilla. I had the red salmon and it was delicious. The waitress was very attentive. They switched the potatoes on my husband and I, but we just switched them ourselves.

The first time we went they were horribly understaffed as several servers called in over the July 4th holiday. We had family in and decided to try them again. Big mistake. I must say the view is the best thing about this establishment. Our group ordered 2 appetizers for the table. One was good the other was not. Only one... More

We stopped here for lunch, as part of our Alaska tour. We were not expecting much. What a pleasant surprise. The owners welcomed us, and made sure we had what we needed. The meal was buffet: salads, sandwiches, and desserts. The food was terrific, very tasty. It is a beautiful place, very clean and our hosts were extremely accommodating. I... More

Where to begin? Hubby and I chose to go to Settlers Bay for our anniversary dinner and what a mistake that was. We both have eaten there many times with the food and service getting increasingly worse. The night began with us walking in and being greeted with an empty hostess station, this seems to be something that they do... More

Your server brought to our attention that you weren't satisfied with your meals. When I got to your table, you said everything was bad from the salad to the entrée. You were very rude and used profanity that grabbed the attention of surrounding tables. Your main complaint was the salad had a limp piece of lettuce, the calamari wasn’t crispy... More

After golf we decided to eat at this establishment . I have never felt so sorry for a wait staff. Apparently , 3 or 4 had called in on July 3rd leaving them shirt staffed. They were working themselves into a frenzy. We luckily were not in a hurry. Our waiter , was running about and kept apologizing for everything.... More
