Grape Tap is our favorite date night place. It has a cozy cute atmosphere. Everything we have tried on the menu has been so delicious! The PB mudslide pie is a must try

Wasilla is a conglomeration of strip malls, fast food and chain restaurants. There is no "there", there. However, a local favorite worth searching for, is the Grape Tap in a renovated older house. My lovely bride and I shared an amzing meal in here a few years ago, and love to keep going back. We even had our wedding rehearsal dinner here. The resturant is an old house, and the atmpsphere is top notch. Everything feels fancy, and you forget your in Wasilla. The prices are fantastic as is the wine selection. Save... More

Not expecting to find much in such a small town. The Grape Tap proved me wrong. Definitely not a burger place. I wanted fresh vegetables, an interesting salad and a great class of wine. Oh and the seared ahi for an appetizer. Perfect meal for a picky customer.

Ate here with our kids. No reservation, which I get the feeling they would have preferred. Also, didn't feel like we got superb service when we turned away the wine menu and only ordered appetizers. Food is al la carte. The restaurant is in an old home. And the only parking we could find was across the street in a... More

We had a party of 15 there for a baby shower for my daughter. The food and wine was excellent and timely. Our server was on too if everything completely and it was raved about still by the shower guests . I couldn't have been happier with the entire event. Since then several in the party have eaten there and... More

Wonderful setting, interesting menu and a diverse wine selection. Had a lovely dinner while visiting the area and would definitely recommend it while in Wasilla.

Among all the amazing must-dos in Alaska -- The Grape Tap should be added to the list. I have spent 4 months in Alaska for work and The Grape Tap is one of the things I will miss most when I leave. In all of my travels I've never encountered a landscape more spectacular than that in Alaska. I've loved... More

Feb 15, 2014 The promise of a meal beyond the scale of anything else available in the valley beckoned us to the Grape Tap. Reading the reviews and positive comments from others made our journey one of culinary anticipation of something not found elsewhere in the Valley. This would be our initiation to what we hoped was finally a place... More
