This place has amazing cheesecake! I recommend the iditapop: frozen cheesecake on a stick, dipped in chocolate! Yum! I have yet to try their normal slices, because the pops always call my name. ;) My only complaint is strange hours... I need to check her hours, because we stopped by in the middle of the day randomly and the shop... More

I stopped in about 6 pm and told the woman working that it was my boyfriend's birthday and I'd like to get him a cheesecake. She sold me a small one for $22 that I thought would be perfect. After dinner that night, around 10 pm (so four hours later), I pulled the surprise cheesecake out of the fridge. We... More

Very delicious cheesecake an the serving was enough for 3 of us. Don't known else to say about this place. If you like cheesecake and in Wasilla, give it a try.

I hope they landed somewhere because their stuff was really good. Unfortunately it was pretty expensive as well. I remember two gulps, one at the checkout stand and one of the cake.

Filling when you get the IDIDAPOP. Triple thick chocolate coating a large cheesecake on a stick. So many flavors to choose from. Nice lady is sole owner and knows her cheesecakes!

We were driving through Wasilla and ready for a snack so we looked through our Northern Lights coupon book to find something fun. We ended up at Alaska Cheesecake company and weren't sorry! We had delicious Iditapops (frozen cheesecake on a stick) and a slice of cheesecake. The owner was very friendly. However, even though I had two coupon books... More

Friendly atmosphere but more important than that...awesome cheesecake! I live in Texas but make it a point to stop by to pick up a cake as a thank you for friends in both Anchorage and the Valley. Try it on your next visit to or through Wasilla. Easy to find...take Knik Goose Bay from the Parks Highway across the RR... More

The cheesecake was to die for. I tried a sampler at the owner's suggestion and was not disappointed. This is a small friendly shop. The owner was incredibly friendly and was eager to visit about her life and business. I will definitely return when I visit Wasilla in the future.

After finding them closed the first time through Wasilla we went again on the way back and bought three different slices. The owner was really nice, and the cheesecakes were finw, but I wouldn;t go out of my way to get another one
