So so.

This used to be our mainstay place to get a quick meal. It has gone down hill over the years and is rated in my mind average. premium price for an average sandwhich.

Great, fresh fish at a reasonably fast pace and good price (for Valdez). There is a salad bar with a pretty good selection. Tartar sauce and cocktail sauce taste homemade and are self-dispensed. Have eaten here multiple times over multiple years and it is consistently good. Staff is friendly.

Looks like a sit down full service restaurant but it is an Alaskanized fast food joint. Order your food at the counter and eat off paper. If I pay almost $20 bucks for my meal I prefer to eat off real plates with stainless silverware, not plastic.

Transferring from the ferry(after cruise ship) to a bus for the interior, had a quick bite of lunch in this small fishing and pipeline town. My wife and I split a basket of cod and fries (we both had two pieces of fish). Very good and very fast service. Fish was lightly battered and both the fish and fries were... More

After a long day on a sightseeing charter this place was a welcome change of pace. They served a very generous portion of cod fish and chips. One of the better fish and chips we've had in Alaska. We would like to go back and try other things on the menu.

This restaurant came highly recommended in several travel books. The halibut was very good but service was iffy. Didn't see anyone but teenagers working. It was a little confusing ordering and receiving food. I noticed it was for sale and wondered if this was the reason for the service quality.

Fries not greasy, Good texture. The Burgers were very tasteful and the Tomatoes and lettuce toppings were fresh. The salad bar was excellent with a good variety of veggies.

The service was good. The fish was hot and fresh. Lots of room to sit as we were the only people in the place. Definitely not the trendiest place to eat, but who cares when you're wet, tired, and hungry?

A group of 4 traveled from NC to Alaska & Canada. We ate at several places since we were traveling for over 2 weeks. The Alaska Halibut House had the best halibut of any place we ate- including quite a few more expensive, fancier restaurants. All 4 of us agreed that was the best fish on the trip.
