My (new) wife and I decided to have a casual night. Order a pizza and crepe and watch a movie in our room. This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Not only was our meal a fraction of the cost of any other restaurant/meal in Bora Bora, we had such a fun time. The menu is just pizza and crepes, and they... More

We wandered down here from the Sofitel after shopping at the little market & are really enjoyed it. There were lots of interesting choices on the menu, but we had the Lorraine (sp?), which used a creme fraiche sauce, mozzarella, lardons, black olives, & just a touch of oregano; got a large, which was large enough to be dinner that... We traveled to the store three days from the Sofitel Marara and never went all the way down. You need to walk all the way to the store and around the front corner for a unique experience. There were several tables set up on the side and the aroma was typical pizza store. We ordered a margarita pie and a... More

Stopped by for lunch and shared a pizza with pineapple and ham and a bottle of water. Total came to $25 USD. Pizza was ok but nothing great. Crust seemed frozen, but toppings were good. I don't get the hype of this place - the prices were even higher than our resort's pizza. We weren't impressed overall. OK pizza, but... More

My husband and I went here on a Sunday afternoon during our honeymoon. The pizza was great and it's a short walk from the Sofitel . The price is great for bora bora. For 22 US dollars we got a small pizza to split and two cokes.

Great imaginative toppings on the Pizzas. First visit we ate there, as it's behind the resorts the sea breeze is lost and found it a bit hot sitting in the eating area. Second time we ordered and returned to Sofitel and thoroughly enjoyed the pepperoni and chorizo half half XL pizza which was plenty for 2.

We passed it by the first time but saw a crowd the next night and got a table. Can't say enough about their food, atmosphere and staff. Fantastic food, tuna sushimi, ginger sauce mahimahi - cold beer and great drinks! Greg is super friendly and helpful - made strong Caprianas , Michelle picked us tasty dishes - we went 3... More

If you are tired of the average and highly overpriced food at your resort, goto Matira Pizza! No, this is not nearly the best pizza we ever had, nor the best cheeseburger either. But what it is... was the 2nd best meal we had in our 9 day visit to FPI staying at 4/5 star resorts. Best part about it,... More

Great pizza, friendly service, frequented by as many residents as tourists. If you are tired of paying $40 a person for lunch, this is the place. No beer, but they suggest going to the store a half block away and getting your own.

Ok. So this place is nothing fancy... it's a snack shack. Actually...in fact, it's a house. And let's be serious... EVERYTHING on Bora Bora is expensive... this place by far, is the best bang for the buck on island. The folks that run this place are nice, make great pizza, and fantastic crepes. Jump on your scooter and GO HERE,... More
