We stayed at the Hilton Bora Bora Nui, this is the fine dining restaurant for the hotel. My birthday dinner, beautiful evening seated by the open air balcony. Great service, I will let the photo's describe the food. The starters crab cake with a citrus remoulade sauce very nice , butternut squash soup was delicate and delicious .My husband enjoyed... More

We're staying at the Hilton in Bora Bora and had read that the food was only so-so and very overpriced, so our expectations were not high. BUT, WE HAD A VERY GOOD MEAL with excellent service in a beautiful setting overlooking the gorgeous beach here! We started with an excellent and very tasty squash soup my wife loved. I had... More

Firstly, the prices are not too outrageous - they are similar to a decent restaurant in Europe. The menu features a lot of freshly caught fish and the Mahi Mahi was superb and came sous vide on a beautiful bed of blue seasalt. Excellent presentation, excellent taste. The wine list has wines for all budgets and they have a very... More

We ate here on our last night in the Hilton. We had planned to do the private island dinner but we were told it was under renovation and so decided to eat at Iratai instead. The food was really good. As it was out last night we decided to have a three course meal. The atmosphere is relaxed but still... More

Pleasantly surprised by quality of our meal here, but then there is a strong French influence through the resorts here. Would have to be our best meal of our holiday , and food and service were excellent. However it was certainly on the pricey side, including wine, but that was not unexpected coming to Bora Bora. It has a lovely... More

We ate here as a Hilton Nui guest twice during our honeymoon in March 2014. Food is average - the menu is uninspired, and the quality was nothing special. The service was the greatest disappointment. As the 'premium' dining option at the Hilton Nui, I was expecting a far higher level of service. Service is no different to the Tamure... More

We had several great dinners here at the Hilton Bora Bora. Loved their desserts and the special once a week dinner buffet had all sorts of very tasty options to try. Especially liked the key lime dessert.

Staff bad humored, take a long time to deliver the food, bad kid's menu, bad variety, they forget your request, forget to prepare the table even if you make a reservation.
