Nice Venue with good food

We knew that this place was more of a tourist attraction, but we still wanted to go. It was cool to see all the names of the celebrities that went there. When you walk in you see all the fish and meat that they have and you choose what you want. I had the surf and turf and chose the... read more

What a find! After a rainy, windy crossing via sailboat from Ta'haa, picking up a mooring ball at Bloody Mary's and cleaning up for dinner was a real treat! Friendly staff, good bar (with happy hour!) and great food. While not the cheapest eats we had all week, this was good value, large portions and insanely fresh seafood. Free wifi... More

We did not enjoy our dinner at Blood Mary's. The food was bad. The place is clearly a tourist trap. I know there must be better places to eat. I felt like I was on a ride at Disneyland with the crazy decorations. Is this a place to bring the kids? The chairs for the dining room are really wooden... More

This isn't one of most famous restaurants in Polinesia by chance. The staff (and the owner, who host customers in person) is very kind, the food is totally fresh and very tasty. You choose what steak you want, from a selection in a table covered with ice: some kinds of fish, pork, wild boar, shark and other seafood, and they... More

Given the wide reputation of Bloody Mary's we were concerned that it would be too touristy, but were very pleasantly surprised at how much character the restaurant had. The food and drinks were quite good and appropriately priced for the region.

The bloody mary was about half the price of the Bora Bora Yacht Club's, and it was better. The burgers were fine, but nothing to write home about and the bacon on the bacon burger was flaccid. It is very touristy and the highlight is the bathrooms, if that tells you anything.

We were told they had the best food on the island so we had to try it. It was interesting how they explained the menu-showed you dishes that were available that night. Gave you a great idea of what you were ordering and everything was fresh. Entire restaurant is on sand-do not wear heels! Seats consist of tree stumps-mine tilted... More

With in an hour of paying for bloody lunch my sister in law's credit card was used to buy several thousand dollars of bloody products and to even pay someone's bloody Bora Bora phone bill. We were cruising on a catamaran and if not for a random WIFI signal the next day the bloody thief would have days to bloody... More

Credit card number was stolen, over $1,000 in charges with a few hours of leaving. Contacted Bloody Mary's but they said it could not be there staff. It was the only place we use that credit card and within a hour of leaving a 35 cent charge was put through from Bloody Mary's and then the charges began to roll... More

Had to go because of the popularity. It wasn't our favorite place to eat in Bora Bora. Service was slow but... The rum punch was strong and great! Loved the indoor sand atmosphere and choosing your own dinner.
