Their spinach bread is wonderful and they always have a great, healthy and reasonably priced special. It's food on the go, and you can't miss their airstream trailer on the main drag.

The cheese spinach bread is wonderful. Just in a little food truck on main street but a wonderful place to eat. They also have very good dessert offerings, I did not get one but they sure did look good and other people said they were good.

I was glad to grab the last Thai noodles which was very good. Spinach bread was good too. The rhubarb seemed to be ok for me may be because it was vegan or so or probably I tasted excellent ones before. Not to miss if you are in Talkeetna

The daily meal is delicious,,, my fave is the masoor dal and the thai curry. The chicken and white bean chili is super good, too!! As for the spinach bread... yeah, it's super tasty, but not for those on a diet!! It's loaded with butter and cheese, but nicely balanced with some spinach and garlic cloves!! LOL The Ethiopian coffee... More

Being a diabetic I sometimes have trouble finding things I am allowed to eat (no sugar, no carbs). The offerings at the Spinach Bread trailer smelled wonderful. But best of all the people were quite willing to accommodate my needs and substituted other (permissible) foods for me. I was so delighted that I came back the next day and had... More

Easy to find this food wagon on Main St. with a passionate chef who makes the best Spinach Bread ever - priced very reasonably. A delightful stop where we met people from Rome, Italy of all places.

The old Airstream that houses this little eatery is an icon on Main Street Talkeetna. When you stop here, take my advice and get a spinach bread, whatever the special entree is AND the dessert. You can eat there on the benches there, across the street at the Wake-N-Shake tables or in the nearby park. No matter where you sit,... More

The spinach-bread trailer is NOT to be missed if it is parked in town or on the road at SalmonStock or some other event. "Spinach bread," by the way, does not refer to a loaf bread with spinach inside it (like zucchini bread, for example)—that would be relatively healthy and probably not worth the wait. THIS spinach bread is a... More
