What could be more ideal in the Turkish summer heat than to stumble across a little oasis like this. A beautiful shaded garden with the kind of food I love to eat when I'm overheated and all of it home-made. The peach cake is to die for with lovely vanilla ice cream, but then all the cake is to die... More

Just a couple of minutes walk of the main street next door to the wood carvers stand a couple of houses with a small front garden that have been converted into a small coffee, cake and craft shop. Quite a selection of cakes that were ok, various tea and pressed coffee options. Inside two floors of arts and crafts, not... More

Situated opposite Hotel Caria (was Osalp Junior) Dalyan Iz is an ideal lunch time retreat. The homemade cake (try the lemon drizzle or ginger and orange with home made ice cream!) is absolutely gorgeous and baked fresh each morning by the owner. The salad etc are also good but it is the cakes that stand out. They also do 'Airport... More

This is a shady spot off the main street on the way back to the Binlik Hotel. It's in a lovely little courtyard and they do a really good selection of teas/coffee/cake and the most wonderful Turkish platter of olives, pickles and bread. It is also a local art gallery and gift shop with some excellent items that are handmade... More

We tried halfheartedly to find Cafe Iz last year, but we had a more concerted effort this year ....and it was certainly worth it. Hidden away in the back streets of Dalyan, this charming cafe and art and craft shop has a delightfully tranquil feel away from the general hustle of the busier parts of town. The owners were charming,... More

Can't really see what people rave about based on our experience , coffee was ok but you can get much better in Dalyan , we had the open tuna sandwiches which mainly comprised of soggy lettuce , also don't expect a cheap snack , for what we had it was really expensive

A real peaceful cool little haven with tables set under trees. Serve great coffee and fabulous homemade cakes and biscuits. Take a book and relax and enjoy. Then have a browse in the lovely craft shop where I could have bought a dozen things. It is off the main streets but worth finding.

Lovely spot - good cuppa tea and varied menu. Pretty garden and lovely cakes if you have a sweet tooth. Cute shop and art gallery attached.

Found a flyer for this cafe and art gallery on our last day. Wandered the streets finding it, and did eventually, of which we're glad. The hotel the flyer says it is opposite seems to have changed names, but if you follow their printed instructions from the post office, you'll get there Lots of shelter provided by trees and a...
