Poor service high prices

Even the tea is expensive in this Place! Poor service and the 10% additional tax is very disappointing. Avoid it

We looked forward to spending time in this first level restaurant taking in the views of Sapa's streets. The view didn't disappoint but the service certainly did. There were more staff than patrons yet we still had to ask to b served and even paying seemed like a burden to the staff. Also higher prices (+ 10% tax) than most... More

During our trip through Colombia, this was one of the best restaurants we visited. We went three times and each time we loved the food they served. The cuisson of the steaks was great. It is a rare art to serve a perfectly grilled rare (bleu, azul) steak - red but warm in the core - but at T bone... More

Despite the large sign advertisng 'Pho' we were told they had none so we ordered various lunch dishes including squid & seafood fried rice. The former was served without rice or veg, the later was small & plain. At 130000 Dong per plate this was poor value. Three smoothies for the kids were 60000 Dong each - way more expensive... More

Most terrible steak I ever eat. I order 2 steaks then after 10 mins they brought us plates, 20 mins later they broght us steaks. We had to ask for napkin, peper, and salt. When we try the steaks, we could not even finish even haft of a steak. Ruined my dinner.

Last year, I spent 5 days in Sapa, Viet Nam with my friends. Tbone Steak House was one of restaurants that I have been at that time. I had the best meal in there during my trip.

Get the tenderloin. You won't regret. Best meal in sapa! Down stairs cool bar with jam session and great instruments.

On a cold Sapa night we stumbled across T-bone steakhouse & decided it was worth a try ( even though I am not a fan of steak!). We were seated down stairs with a view onto the street. Both my boyfriend & I ordered entree's & mains & drinks. We could not fault either the service or the food. The... More

I ordered baby rip and tender loin medium steak. As well one vegetable soup, spinach with mushroom, brochette. Only one I finished plate is bruchetta. I do not mean it was good, just I can finish up. Even though it is medium for steak, I cannot see juicy at all. I just tasted bit and called manager in restaurant. He... More
