The place is located at a motel. I ordered a salad with grilled halibut. The salad was wet. The fish was very average . Total came to $30.00. Totally uneventful and expensive. Staff was friendly though

We were in Soldotna to go salmon fishing and wanted a good place to go for dinner. Our campground hosts (Klondike RV Park - which is also great) suggested Mykel's and we are so glad they did. It was amazing. My husband and I had the scallops which were cooked perfectly. Our daughters had the Tempera Prawns which were also... More

The food was very good, but it was too pricey. Ambiance was not fantastic. Would not eat again because the price did not really match the service or the quality of the overall experience. It feels like a restaurant trying to be very fancy, but falling short. Wait staff is friendly, but not super-professional.

Very good food. Ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken was seasoned and grilled, and served hot on the green salad. Good contrast of hot and cold. Greens were not "bagged" greens.

So, let me start off by saying the food isn't bad at all and the drinks are good and strong, not watered down like a lot of places. That's about where it stops for me. The food is good. But it's overpriced and I am almost certain you could find a steak and pasta at other local restaurants that are... More

Over the years I've eaten here many times. The food is good. The service is usually good. The prices are fair for the area. For sure one of the better places to eat. The atmosphere is pretty good. I guess I just like the place.

Have eaten here for many years and it's always my first choice to eat in Soldotna. Took visitors there recently and they enjoyed the food also. Nice variety of meat and seafood dishes. We often have appetizers in the lounge. Great appetizer menu. Try the calamari with caper sauce, appetizer. And one of my favorites is the scallops with portabella... More

Prime rib is pretty good here as well as most of the steaks. Normally don't eat halibut out,but Mykels is worth ordering.

Service isn't great and the food is pretty gross. We could taste the freezer burn and old cooking oil. It tastes like the food is pre-bought rather than fresh cooked. Definitely not worth the time, aggravation, or price.
