Great little brew house just as you arrive in Soldotna. Servers are educated in the beers that are offered. Food is fresh and good portion sized. My only complaint is the center of the 10" pizzas get a soggy crust due to all of the toppings. Great fresh flavor though.

Great biers with their own twist on names and additives. I enjoyed the pepperoni and a tall Gypsy Pilsner. Service was good, and the food came fast. It's easy to find just North of the Fred Meyer, so stop in, it's well worth the time.

Came in for Dinner & had a Personal Pizza. It wasn't bad and reasonably priced ($14). Not much other then Pizza to order. The Brew's were good.

Wonderful and friendly service. Love the pizza choices. I do not drink beer, but love their root beer. You can get growlers to take it home too!!! It can be loud and sometimes it is hard to carry on a conversation.

If you travel, you see many places and face many different circumstances. Standards aren't the same around the world. So also here in Alaska. Don't expect an environment one can find in so many places on the East and West Coast. In Alaska they have their own formula. The Brewery is a clean place with quite some character. Noisy, bare... There were 5 of us in a booth, the place was full. No excuse for an hour to get individual pizzas. 2 of us are from California and suffered the entire week from restaurant sticker shock. These little pizzas were very expensive, although pretty good. We were all very hungry and waiting an hour...lets just say it is a good... More

I'm not much of a beer drinker but I do like Guinness stout. The St. Elias Brewing Company stout was very good although not quite as smooth as Guinness, in my humble opinion. The pizza was a good accompaniment to the stout. Others in my group enjoyed a beer called "Farmer Friend" and also enjoyed their pizza.

Soldotna is small, but growing, so the news that they had their very own micro-brewery and creative pizza was greeted with glee by my relatives. I have to say though ... I was only mildly impressed. The place was super-crowded, but we were seated pretty quickly. It did not do much good because it took forever to get waited on.... More

We very much enjoyed the draft beers. The pizza on the other hand was very average. If you have ever made pizza in a quality restaurant, you know how they are supposed to be made. How the crust should be, no bubbles in the dough, sauce consistent to within a fingerwidth of the edge, enough sauce to taste it, the... More

St Elias is a fun place to gather with friends. I've never had a bad meal there. I'm not a beer drinker but my husband is, and he enjoys their beer. I like the cream soda.
