Great Little Convenience Stop Off

Great little mom & pop style convenience store. Quick food, hot sandwiches, ice cream. Everything except alcohol. Nice little sit down, café like area. Great little stop after climbing the Butte or fishing Jim Creek.

They hand-batter both their chicken and chicken strips then fry to perfection. Heat case holds the chicken and it's wonderfully crunchy yet still juicy when they dish it up . They'll fry it fresh if you prefer but it takes about 25 minutes. This is real cooking happening in a commercial store! Burgers are terrific and sides are also homemade.... More

I heard such wonderful things about the fried chicken. It was okay, but for the price I would prefer "Five-dollar Friday" Carr's chicken. It was okay, but not amazing. I was surprised about how many options they have on their menu! I am excited about trying more things. Also, they have a lot of candy varieties in the aisle.

They have limited groceries, but a large deli, sandwich area with tables inside where you can order and eat. Also, you can do take out.

Always available in a pinch. They have more inside than you would think from the road. The deli is pretty good too.

When I am on the run this is where I stop for great sandwiches, ice cream and what ever I forgot to pack. It is on the main highway from Palmer to the Butte, the Old Glenn Hwy. Lots of room to park your camper with your atv trailer too. Restrooms are clean. Hot food is fresh.

This store has an amazing selection of food, snacks, a deli, and household goods. It is a super fast way to get what you need. They also make carrot juice on the spot. Delicious!

When you have come upon lunchtime, what better to eat than a sandwich with all your preferred toppings. Their ingredients are very fresh and delicious. If you're sick of Subway, come here for a better meal. There are also punchcards for often eaters. Of course there is anything else you could want in this store.
