Quiet dining Great food

The salads are beautifully presented. Ingredients are fresh. They serve breakfast foods all day long. The menu is limited but the offerings are varied and super delicious. Ttry their fresh homemade bread with anything. It's to die for!

Was really disappointed in this eatery. Sandwich was lunch meat with a sauce---could have made it myself better and cheaper. Service as friendly but oh so slow ---waited 46 minutes on the sandwich. Not worth going back.

My family just stopped in just for lunch at Sophia's, oh my goodness what a hidden gem! I had the "Hot Gates", a hot chicken curry sandwich, with walnuts, cranberries and spinach on homemade wheat bread that was beyond incredible! I also had the clam chowder that I would have to say is some of the best chowder I've ever... More

The waiter completely ignored us. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had in a restaurant. The manager or cook finally came to our table, and comped the meal, but even that wasn't enough to make up for the appalling service we got. I would not go back or recommend it.

They have never gotten my son's order correct and the customer service is lacking. I'd rather go somewhere else for coffee and relaxing atmosphere

I have been here a couple times now and really enjoy it. Lunch may take a bit longer than you'd expect (maybe 40 mins) but everything is handmade and most assuredly worth it. They have delicious salads and sandwiches, and their parfait is incredible! I have had them cater a company function and it was well received by all. Nice... More

When we entered Sophia's we were seduced by the smell of freshly baked Spanakopita. I was wonderfully surprised with the equally delicious flavor. John very quickly whipped up a Greek Salad ladened with feta and excellent olives. The Gyros was also fabulous.
