While in port shopping we decided to stop for a quick bite. One of the locals suggested this diner as it was a place she ate at frequently. The interior was not impressive it's your basic greasy spoon which serves a great breakfast and chili in a bread bowl. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. The restaurant was... More

If you want something quick and tasty, stop on by. The café has a 50's and 60's feel, just like the old soda shop days. Staff is very friendly and the meals are not overly expensive. A little off the main drag, but great food.

Great homemade biscuits and gravy and perfectly made hash browns. Basic diner food, made well. Fast, friendly service. This is a locals place and you can see why it stays busy.

We ate breakfast at this restaurant twice. It's basic diner food and very consistent. The hash browns are the dehydrated potato kind, not the type made with real potatoes. The staff is cheery and helpful, good service. It looks like it has been there forever. If you are looking for health food, this isn't really the place for you.

But we tourists felt welcomed. The food was very good- try the reindeer sausage and the hash browns. Huge portions, so go mid-morning and then tour the rest of the day.

We asked our shuttle driver for a recommendation for a breakfast place and this was what he suggested. I had the French Toast x 2 (2 slices of French toast, 2 eggs (done perfectly) and 2 slices of (delicious) bacon. It was all perfection. AND the coffee was good to boot! It's a local's place and it was full......I can... More

My spouse and I have eaten here several times since arrival. Everything is simple good food. Blueberry pancakes are huge and actually filled with blueberries; reindeer sausage a treat to try. No espresso, but numerous coffee refills. You get what you order. Excellent value for Ketchikan.

Great diner that we found strolling around Ketchikan. We had gone snorkeling earlier in the day. (Yes you can do that in Alaska.) So we had worked up an appetite. Had the breaded halibut and fries. Like it so much we had another order. Great folks who didn't mind a couple of young cruise ship kids dropping by to eat.... More
