This is one of the last places in town to get real hand-made fish and chips. Most all the other establishments serve a pre-made frozen product. Can't beat the real thing.

We stopped by this place , sitting outside to see the seals. This is a great place to watch the seals hunting for salmons. The food is average. Chowder was warm , not hot. It was a cold rainy day. Would be nice to have hot chowder. Also have some halibut and chips, it's ok. Its location is the draw,...

Several good reviews on Trip Advisor so we didn't want to miss it. Fun walk-up outdoor setting. Chowder was good, fish and chips average.
Small portion but good food, right on Creek Street so nice view, only a few tables but friendly and fairly fast service.
Food was GREAT, service with a SMILE! Very Good!! My kids and I had a great time at the Halibut Hole! We had corn dogs and chicken strips and I would have believed that the corn dogs were hand dipped! We ate outside over the water and everything was DELISH!
This is really a veranda on an old hotel that does fantastic fish and chips - halibut, salmon and if you must cod. It's all fresh and the chips are good - American style rather than pommel frittes, but you can't have everything. A great lunch above the creek.
Fun to eat great halibut fish and chips outside right on Creek Street where you can watch the tourists and fish activity in the water below. We actually witness an otter zipping up and down the creek and eagles flying overhead.
We stopped here on our tour a Creek Street on June 17th. It was a drizzly day but we were on the covered deck so still able to enjoy the water and the sights. I had a sandwich and my husband had the halibut and chips. We were both very satisfied!
We were there in mid-June. I asked a shopkeeper where she ate and she told us. Nothing fancy but good food! I had crab cakes and shrimp and my husband had chowder and fish and chips...and a beer. Everything was fresh, hot and practically perfect. The view of the river and other shops is beautiful as well.
The halibut fish and chips were amazing!!! The atmosphere outside was very beautiful, this is a Ketchikan must!!
