Mediocre food. High price for what you got. Indifferent service. Yep. A tourist restaurant by the cruise pier. You'd think I would know better.

We were in Ketchikan on a cruise. They have 3 kinds of Alaskan beer on tap and they offer white or dark hot chocolate. We had the crab legs, they were good, but very wet. We also had the crab cakes and halibut fish and chips which were both delicious. But I think overpriced. They were out of the grilled... More

This place came on the suggestion of our great guide, Tracy, from Wild Wolf Tours - we had to wait about 30 minutes to sit down - there were 4-5 ships at port that day - and we went early about noon - I got the king crab legs - lots of meat - I had to ask, twice for... More

I was totally disappointed by our lunch here. The service was appalling, the wait to get the food (I almost left due to the length of time) and then the chowder was disgusting - the butter/oil was separating in the chowder mixture. My friend's meal was a little better. I was so appalled I left a 13 cent tip -... More

I ordered 1lb of the Alaska King crab legs. I could barely find any meat and when I did it was dried up..

I don't eat crab or fish, but my husband said his crab salad was phenomenal! I had the veggie burger that was also delightful. It was a beautiful day so we ate outside right on the docks. The server was so sweet. Casual and enjoyable.

We had an hour to kill before our tour and the Crab Cracker is close to the cruise ship terminal. Not cheap, but great food, beer and service. Fast and courteous. Would return.

Took an Alaskan cruise with Holland America with 11 family members in August 2013. While visiting this Resturant, We ate "bar" type food and had drinks. Talking to the staff they were pleasant and quick and this drinks were good. Food was good as well - although we did not have any seafood.

My wife and dined for lunch at this iconic restaurant. We enjoyed the delectable crab legs and garlic sauce. The staff were most helpful and ensured all our needs were met. What a great feast, Alaskan king crabs rock!!!!!!!
