We love staying in historic old hotels, this one did not disappoint. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was good and the staff was a delight.

Visited after 5 days on board cruise ship and suffering from the lack of decent coffee. Commenced with a double-shot espresso and rounded off with a caffeccino. Perfect combo, rich, aromatic and satisfying coffee. Wonderful old-world ambiance in what must be the original bar at the hotel.

We loved the historic look of the bar. The food is excellent and fresh. We had salmon and halibut. We stayed at the New York Hotel. We were at the bar/cafe for cocktails and then came back for dinner.

I was just there.. I had the halibut and chips.. The halibut was so moist.. As a local and I am picky about my seafood, but this halibut it was just like what I would have right out of the water.. Try their halibut and chips...

Stopped for coffee and a sweet after shore excursion from cruise ship. Waiter's name was Tim and he was so friendly and funny. We really enjoyed. Great coffee and cake.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. I had the halibut fish and chips and substituted the chips for a salad..the fish was the best ever! The menu is not extensive or overly expensive. They serve Alaskan Amber beer ( yum). We ate breakfast here as well.... Our waiter was a friendly dude and kept us entertained.

Some food ok, not much to choose from. Muffins taste horrible. Hamburger was good. They turn off the espresso machine at 10 or 11 am! Service very-very slow. Just a strange menu!

Raffi just opened up three days ago...the place is repainted and polished...the beer selection is not what it was as O'Brien's, but the food is amazing...I had falafel, the person to my left had what he said was the best burger he's had in town...to my right, the person had fish and chips...the fish was obviously hand battered and he... Very convenient if you are staying in the Hotel. Very simple menu but well done. Service very good. Just a cool place to hang out.

I stopped in to ask a question and the man behind the counter was rude. As I walked out, I overheard him say "Get back on your ship!" Well, the tourists pay his wages so he should think again. I would never stay or eat here.
