Ate a burger, fries and onion rings from Burger Queen while getting some drinks next door at They Asylum (locally-owned bar, also recommended, owners are great!).. Burger was DELISH as were the fries and onion rings, highly recommend--much better than our cruise food!

Great burgers and halibut sammers, fries are great! Super busy so it'll take time. Limited seating. Just passed the tunnel.

We stopped by on a cruise. We were across the street at the Artic Lounge. You place the order with them, and Burger Queen wrongs your order over. Took about Twenty minutes. Was pretty good, bit next time we have burgers.

We had read about this place prior to our trip. The burgers are really good and it is a fun place to take a time out from downtown Ketchikan. The burgers are made at the time of the order. It is not a fastfood restaurant, but worth the wait!

On a cruise and hadn't had a good hamburger in 10 days. The Seattle cheeseburger was great. We ordered the large fries and not only were they good it was enough for a small family. They were as slow as reported but were super friendly and the food was worth the wait.

Burger Queen was very good. We were in town for a week and had read the reviews- so we had to try BQ. The burgers were juicy and tasty and the onion rings and fries are worth the calories. The halibut chips were amazing. They even made me a veggie burger that was yummy. They have limited seating- only 4... More

Came thru Ketchikan on a cruise and our bartender from the ship mentioned this place for us. We stopped in and the wait was 45 min. That's a long time BUT the good news, is that u can go to the asylum next door, grab a table and a drink and the burger queen will deliver there. Good burgers!

The Burger Queen has a lot of disadvantages - the place is rather small and not fency, the outdoor seating is right besides the street with heavy traffic, smoke is coming out of the building often due to preparing the food and the waiting time can easily exceed the 45 minutes mark. However, all that is worth the pain since... More

Ok, they got their act together for 2014. Hot, juicy and just plain awesome. Onion rings are also thick and juicy. It's a heart-attack on a plate, but worth it for the occasional splurge. Cheeseburger and large rings come to $14.64. (I brought my own drink...) if they were only FASTER. The wait time cost them one star.

It's a real small place and very limited seating but the food was excellent. The burgers are huge so my wife and grandson had the kids burger which was perfect for them. We ate next door at the Asylum bar which had 3.50 beers. One thing I didn't expect was they put parmesan cheese on the onion rings. It wasn't... More
