Burgers are odd things to review. I tend to avoid them nowadays for healthier fare. Still, there is a definite appeal, but how does one sort the average from the exceptional? Their ubiquity make it difficult to stand out even if their amazing. That being said, I truly enjoyed my bacon burger. The texture was perfect and the flavor satisfying.... More

Small hole in the wall kind of joint, but burgers are big on flavors. Everyone else in my family are burger eaters and they unanimously approve of these as the best they've had. Nice walk from the port. Must visit again, except Alaska is so hard to get to :)

Do yourself a favor and order a shake. Any shake. I also heard that the food is fantastic but I didn't get a chance to try any.

WOW! What a find! Our tour guide, Hunter, suggested this establishment, and what a find we had! The onion rings were awesome, and the burgers and shakes were very good! This is a mom-and-pop place, but so very worth the experience! Will definitely come back here when in Ketchikan again.

We went to the Asylum Pub which is right across the street from the cruise ship pier for some Alaskan White Ale & free wi-fi, and the menu at the pub is for delivery from the Burger Queen next door. Ordered a large side of onion rings and they were hands down the most delicious ever. Crispy without being greasy... More

A good burger and amazing onion rings. When we ordered we were warned that it was a 45 minute wait; we decided to go for it and we were satisfied. Not the most amazing burger, but decent fare and it did hit the spot. It also wasn't too expensive for a proper burger. The thousand islands dressing added a bit... More

Busy burger joint on main street opposite dock 3. Tasty burgers for a good price and yes deliver your burger to you by foot while you enjoy drinks at the Asylum pub next door. Good and hot when delivered as well! Keep up the good work guys!

Order a burger and head across the street for a beer and they will deliver it to you. Sometimes a bit too busy but one of the better "deals" in town.

Recommended by all the locals. 40 minute wait at lunch time, but well worth it! Wonderful fish and hamburgers, amazing fries!

Having been here several times whilst working on cruise ships, I can truly say that this is the best burger joint in the whole world. It's a little pricey, and it takes a while because all of the burgers are made to order, but everything is amazing - including the $5 'shakes!
