Outdoor seating only, dress warmly. King crab and bisque are amazing! A little pricey but everything in Juneau seems to be. King crab leg is literally the size of an arm!

Ate a bucket of Small crab claws, good food, good staff, good place to eat some crab. The setting over to the water and the smell of the ocean and the whole atmosphere was great!

The food and sughts generally in Alaska are all overpriced. This place was even more so. The food was average; definitely not worth the extra price.

The food on our higher end cruise was nothing compared to Tracy's Crab Shack. The absolute largest single Crab Leg I have ever had. With some butter and a beer, what can I possibly say. I am a Florida snow bird and have stopped at nearly everyplace including Joe's in Miami. Now nothing holds a candle to Tracy's. Nice people... More

We were referred to Tracy's by a review on TA and it was so right. The atmosphere was wonderful and funky and the food was first class. While the kind crab legs were wonderful, Don't miss the bisque, mini-crab cakes, and crab salad! Everything was great!

Was recently on a cruise that landed in Juneau. My family happened to walk by and saw what looked like Tracy's King Crab Shack Store and realized all the way in the back was a restaurant. Were so surprised to see a mass of people gathered in an ordering line and gathered together in a covered outdoor tent/room. Ordered a... More

Yes expensive and busy but their set up enables you to order, find a seat and get your food rather fast. You sit at big picnic tables under a heated tent. Which is great for those cool raining days. The work staff are very friendly which is something we did not encounter at most tourist destinations in Juneau. The staff... More

Get the combo, chowder, crab cakes and Alaskan king crab! This place knows what they are doing. Wash it all down with a Alaskan beer, brewed in town!
