Great food. great people watching

Very efficient how the Tracy's is set up. Order at one little outdoor shack, drinks at another and finally servers find you at the picnic tables. I was traveling alone and it was so easy to chat with others and ooh and ahh about how delicious the food was. I had a crab roll. Yummy

We were in an Alaska cruise surrounded by good food, but the most memorable food I had was in this crab shack. The crab bisque (recommended by the local taxi driver) is excellent - just the right amount of creaminess, the crab meat still stood out. My husband surprised me with a piece of king crab leg (he is not... More

Very good crab, very nice service , a little on the pricey side but I did enjoy it. I would have given it 5 stars if I would have gotten a little more crab for the money.

We had the #1, a King Crab leg, crabcakes, bisque and roll. All of it was really good. Located one block off Main St. The place was Packed, so the service was slow. Worth the wait. You sit at large tables with other diners, or you can find a stool at the little bar looking out over the polluted bay... More

We were told by two long time locals that we must eat at Tracy's Crab Shack before we got back on our cruise ship. They said the entire menu is great but go for the King Crab legs. That is what we did and we were not disappointed. The service was very good and the crab was fresh & very... More

Sitting on the water overlooking the Gastineau Channel, this was a great dinner spot. I had Alaskan King Crab (2 legs, 4 crab cakes and a great bisque.) My wife had Scallops. Food could not be any better. Cooked to perfection and pres split legs made it easy to eat. A beer stand with local brew on tap was an... More

Had the crab and it was amazing. We were told to go here from our ship coordinator and he was right. It was a lovely place in a lovely setting.

Was sitting at breakfast on the Oosterdam and noticed this place. Pot's were boiling and steam rising. Has deck outside with seating at picnic tables and benches and a few places inside the gift shop. Wanted to check it out. Wife and I visited around 10:30 and spoke with Jeffery also known as Johnny at the hut in the middle... More

It was a rainy day, excursions had been cancelled...but Tracy's came through with a crab feast and saved the day! If you are a fan of The Deadliest Catch...or real King Crab, then you need to stop in, place your order, find an empty table and just get down with crab crackers and perhaps a local beer. Nothing tastes like... More
