The place is nothing fancy, but the food is great! If you love crab, you have got to eat here. Walk up to order, and then find a seat out in the open, inside the tent, or at the few tables inside their building. Best King Crab I ever had. So fresh, and so much that I had to share.

My friend ordered the crab roll, and I had the spicy shrimp and rice. Both were wonderful, even to these long-time Alaskans. I'd recommend this place if you like seafood and want a Juneau experience.

Mobbed with cruisers (like us). Predicted 25 minute wait, took 45 minutes (we only had two hours left at the port). It is a pier crab shack now. Pay here, pick up there (they scream your name i.e. SUE, NEW YORKKKKK),compete for a bench to sit. Fun in a way, unpleasantly disorganized in another. A person clearly from outside the... More

It was a beautiful day and we met various people as they came and enjoyed this wonderfully, casual dining experience! We felt quite sure you could order anything on the menu and... More

Heard about this place on American Top Chef, so I decided to give it a shot during a recent Alaska cruise. It was amazing. Best seafood we had during our trip. Everything was outstanding.

The food was just pretty good. The whole tourist trap vibe gave me a bad taste in my mouth, but we wanted to try it because we wanted to eat crab in Alaska. Set up more for cruise ship traffic. I prefer places where the locals hang.

Tracy's King Crab Shack is easy to find close to where the ships dock in port. It was raining while we were there so I was glad to see tables under a canopy so Mom could eat her Crab leg, crab cakes, crab bisque, and two rolls for 27.95 . She ate the whole thing while I went shopping. I... More

Tracy's was on the dock next to our cruise ship. The crab was excellent. They made it easy to eat by cutting the shell. Plenty of tables on the dock so you can enjoy the fine weather.
