The food is simply amazing and so is the staff. :) The best place to eat in Juneau...and maybe Alaska.....

Awesome food and environment, even in the rain. 😃 As a bit over priced but well worth it for the yummy crab and the experience of eating at Tracy's.

We enjoyed every bite of the crab cakes, soup, and lobster that we ordered. I would come back here next time I'm in Juneau. The service is very quick and the staff is very friendly.

If you're looking to taste the best Alaskan king crab, this is the place. You sit outdoors and watch the cook the crab right in front of you. Nothing is pre-cooked, so it gives you the time to meet the people around you. It's worth the wait because the crab is amazing.

The king crab is literally the most amazing crab I've ever had. We got the combo and it was delicious - 1 leg of crab, 1 bisque and 4 crab cakes, so good!!! I loved it, it is a little pricey but come on where in the world can you get it this fresh - make sure to get King... More

After reading all the glowing reviews. Liked the location and casual atmosphere but OMG prices are out of sight. The king crab was ridiculously expensive and poor in quality. Do not fall for the "yes, it's fresh" line, they are frozen for days! Save your money get king crab when you get home.

king crab legs were very good, as were the scallops and crab bisque. Staff was friendly and the ambiance was cute.. sitting outdoors under a large canopy with picnic table. You could do far worse for a crab shack style lunch.

We beat the crowd here and walked right in, so my suggestion is to take an off timed meal if you can. We had the Dungeness crab and some beers at the bar. This was delicious, of course but while sitting at the bar where they prepare everyone else's order-I discovered several other things I'd like to try, if I... More

This is a casual little outdoor restaurant in Juneau that we heard about through some friends and were told that we had to check out. We ordered the Crab Shack Combo with an extra 8 oz cup of bisque, along with a beer and a glass of wine initially. We didn't realize that the crab cakes that came with the... More

I certainly agree that this was the very best although most of Alaska was the pits. Very expensive. We would never cruise again there - especially not on Royal Caribbean. Only NZ is left in our bucket.
