We stopped in for a beer and a snack. We were pleased with the rustic atmosphere and live music. It was crowded and busy but the service was good.

It's an old fashioned saloon with the swinging doors. Food was good, and there was lots of stuff to look at. People left their names on the wall. My wife left a tribute to her Dad on the wall, since he had wanted to go there but never made it. A great place to kill a little time.

This is an Icon in Juneau. They have tons of memorabilia, animals, pictures on the walls. They have sawdust floors and the employees dress in old time saloon dresses and attire for the men. The menu has funny names for their drinks and food. They play great music. they also have a a gun behind the bar that belonged to... More

Very interesting establishment. The food was good and the atmosphere was even better. Signatures are on every surface, nook and cranny throughout the building, makes a great study. Learning about the history of Red Dog made the experience even bettet

The Alaskan beer was great. Saw dust floor, waitresses dressed in period costumes. Over the bar was the six shooter abandoned by lawman Wyatt Earp after he checked it at the door. A bit noisy and crowded when the cruise ships come in.

Stopped by to rest our feet & have a drink. Don't miss the Duckfart Shots! Yummy! (see pic). The ole' guy playing the piano was a hoot, made it double the fun! Our waiter was excellent, very funny guy.

We expected more than we received at this pub. The sandwhiches were average but they were filling. The shot of Patron tequila that I drank tasted like an inferior tequila. We won't stop here next month when we return to Juneau. The gift shop was interesting.

Two days after having lunch at the Red Dog, I was in a coma for ten days. Was it the Red Dog? I don't think so, just luck. Everyone must see this place. The old place had more character, but probably was too small. It was like the old west or gold mining days. My last visit was in June,... More

Great place to enjoy with friends and have some good cheer. Good mix of tourists in town and some happy locals who are happy to share stories of Bears in and around and overall Juneau lore. Lots of fun things on the wall to view and laugh at. Don't miss the opportunity to stop in for a beer or bite... More

We stopped in for lunch. The food was really good and the atmosphere was great. The piano player was hysterical!
