On our cruise to Alaska everyone told me to stop in and get a drink. It was a great visit. The atmosphere and entertainment was great. They even let my son in with us to drink a root bear.

We stopped here after returning from a visit to Mendenhall Glacier and Nuggett Falls. It was a neat little stop to eat a hamburger/chips. There was a piano player playing different tunes and the atmosphere was enjoyable. We went about 1:30 in the afternoon and had no trouble getting a table.

Friendly bartender, great selection of drafts. A bit funky inside but lots of fun. Worth a stop as long as dead animals on the wall don't bother you.

You're in Juneau, it's a small town, so where else do you go but the authentic looking bar nearest downtown? Problem is that isn't the bar's original location, and it's a total tourist trap. It's fun to go, and an obligatory stop, but the food and drinks are overpriced and there's still a line to get in the door. Because... More

The place is interesting with it decor. The service was great. Fast service with frequent checks to see if we needed anything. The food was wright on. I liked the music. They have a shop next door which has nice things.

Prices are average for Juneau, hearty meals well prepared. Good burgers. I eat here occasionally when the tourists are gone.

After an afternoon of touring Juneau we stopped at the Red Dog Saloon. It is very nice on the inside with everything that is hanging on the walls. They made us feel at home while we were there.

The Red Dog Saloon is fun and exciting. They have a piano player singing old tunes. He gets everyone involved by singing a phrase or two together. Kids are allowed and will have a good time looking at all the "Old Time " decorations. Drinks and Food are good also. But be prepared to wait if there is more than... More

Great place to take a break from the ship. Friendly people and nice atmosphere. Just a short walk back to the ship.

Stopped by on the way back to our cruise ship. They were pretty crowded but there wasn't a wait to get a table. The atmosphere and entertainment were super fun. But they seemed under staffed for the crowd. It took a long time to just get a couple beers. We planned to eat but it was just taking too long.... More
