Food, drinks and entertainment - Fun!

The food here was not memorable, but the experience was. The entertainment (live) was fun and engaging, and the drinks were of course wonderful, and as always, the more the merrier -- the whole place tends to feel like a room full of friends. Really a fun time.

We stopped by this saloon after our time spent at Mendenhall Glacier. We had heard about this place while still on our cruise ship and couldn't wait to see what all the talk was about. It was like stepping back in time! The dance hall girls were on hand to serve us and tell us some tall tales. We sipped... More

This is an iconic place in Juneau. We had been there several years ago and it did not appear that much had changed! We stopped in here for just a snack as we had a late breakfast and needed something to hold us until a late dinner. We had the chicken nachos-half order and they were fantastic. It is a... More

I came here once a week, and when i come back i will be going right here, food is great the whole atmosphere was so cool, money on the wall with peoples names and messages, the sawdust on the floor that... Decided to visit the saloon after our Bike and Brew excursion, nothing better than sightseeing and drinking. The saloon was an experience and the food was good. The piano player was a colorful character.

I was really expecting more from the Saloon. Our food was mediocre and kind of reminded me of how lunch was served in high school. The atmosphere is OK if your into loud yelling and country music. I would not recommend anyone with a bad gate or who use a walker to go here for they may trip on the... More

Great place to stop for an afternoon drink. It's bar food but great bar food and Sarah takes care of her patrons. I met a few locals here and they were all super friendly. Must stop location

Great atmosphere! Definitely have a round of Duck Fart shots before you leave! So delicious. We've made them at home several times since returning from our trip;)

The Red Dog Saloon is a bit of a throw back to the gold rush days with honky tonk piano and stage show. Adult beverages flow freely and at a reasonable price. Gift shop and curios. Fun place to stop for lunch or after dinner.
