I can't believe what I'm reading from G.L. The clam chowder suit was delicous and the salmon bbq with the alder was absolutely phenominal. My wife doesn't eat fish and I mentioned that she just had to try it. She went back for more. There was lots to eat, and as mentioned, chicken if you didn't like fish. the marshmellow... More

The salmon was okay but overcooked, the sweet glaze was thin, watery. Their blueberry cake dessert tasted like it came from a cake mix, it's a terrible value for the prices charged for visitors. The waterfall was nice scenery.

Just a few additions to other reviews. We booked this dinner for our family ourselves. Food was plentiful and a good variety. In fact there chicken was offered if you don't care for fish (?) We enjoyed the grounds, although we were there on a drizzly day. You can easily find seating under cover and near heaters. Staff is pleasant,... More

We went to the Salmon Bake as part of a Juneau day trip, and we really loved it. The food is excellent and there is plenty to choose from to go with your salmon ( or optional chicken ) and you can eat as much as you want. The soft drinks are free but you pay for alcoholic drinks. It... More

All you can eat, salmon and the fix in's to go with it. Try the potato blend, you'll love it. Take the little hike and experience the trail with the waterfall, mine entrance and many photo opportunities. Don't forget to do the roaring of marshmallows. The food is great and as I said "All you can eat".

Good food, nice setting, well organized, nice trail to the waterfalls. A little overpriced but within reason. Entertaining bus driver, Robert. We were scheduled for 11:30, had no lines and plenty of food

Our driver, Tom met us at TEMSCO after our tour on the Mendenhall Glacier. He greeted us warmly with a smile, and gave us a wonderful tour of Juneau on the way to the Salmon Bake. He kept us laughing and smiling the whole time!! The food at the Salmon Bake was pretty good...but the drive--the drive--was amazing. I was... More

This was one of our excursions on a Princess cruise. As soon as we entered we were handed hot cups of clam chowder. We then filled our plates with delicious salmon grilled over alder wood, delicious au gratin potatoes, cornbread, salads, chicken, rice, and more. Had two helpings of the baked beans, they were so good. The blueberry cake for... More
