Wife and I ate here based on near unanimous recommendations from the locals. It was a very good choice. The clam chowder was delicious and certainly rates as some of the best I have had. I then ordered salmon on asparagus and carrots which was delicious. The serving size was ample and satisfying. My wife ordered a shrimp angel hair... More

We were in Juneau for just a couple hours but this restaurant seemed the best choice of our options for lunch. The halibut fish and chips were well battered and cooked although the chips were machine cut and pretty unmemorable. Good big windows to admire the rain and the colossal cruise ships 100 feet away.

Make a reservation if your party is over 4. The food was good. My husband's salmon Mac-n-cheese was DELICIOUS!! My burger was good. The halibut was tasty! The twisted Fish was not worth 5 stars...but it was worth 4 stars...

We had halibut & salmon. Neither they nor the bread had a lot of flavor. The side salad was OK. The fries tasted just like Arby's curly fries. The service was fine and the place was very busy, probably because it was near the cruise ship dock. I doubt the food was any better than those folks were getting on... More

We started off with Alaska Beer and the Crab Flatbread. Our main entrees were the Crab and Prawn Angel Hair Pasta and Cedar Plank Salmon. I moaned when I ate my first bite of the Crab and Prawn Angel Hair!!! King crab and prawns in a creamy light pesto and white wine sauce with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes! I'll... More

Sat at bar, bartender was in a world of his own often forgetting to complete orders before starting new order then dropping everything to fix. Ordered king crab tacos with watermelon pico, they were ok but bland. Seemed overpriced but maybe on par with Juneau. I was told to stick to crab and halibut when in Juneau as the salmon... More

We were headed back to the boat, just wanted to eat something other than cruise ship cuisine, and we stopped here. Food was good, service was a tad slow, but friendly. The fish and chips were delicious...

Worst food and service we had during our three days in Juneau. I know the wait staff gets very tried of the cruise people. I saw many reasons during our three day visit that would cause me to be fed up with them as well. But our waiter Jeremy was rude, seemed to be mad at the world and never... More

I have been to the Twisted Fish before in the past to eat dinner and lunch. It has always been great. This time I only had thirty minutes before a tour started, so my friend and I ran in for a quick beer and appetizer. We told them we were in a hurry, and the sat us, the waitress came... More
