Four shots of bliss - some of the best coffee I've had from a coffee shop, though the barista probably could have done just a tiny bit better pulling the shots. Excellent blend, friendly service, good location, and decent atmosphere. What more could you ask for?

This is a great place to pass the time on a rainy day. Several locations around Juneau. Good, strong coffee, free wifi, nicely textured gelatto and friendly employees. Try the gelatto with a shot of espresso poued over it for an energy booster.

This was a good place to have coffee, and great gelato ( I had salted caramel ). Wireless Internet is also available. The staff was friendly, atmosphere laid back and was a welcome break from the shopping crowds lining every street

What great coffee at this downtown coffee spot in Juneau, and I'll admit to being highly judgemental where coffee is concerned. Heritage Cafe is a comfortable spot, with no-cost internet access (which was much appreciated) and very friendly staff. It's very close to the pier, so easily accessible for those on cruise ships.

I am an umapologetice coffee snob, so if I get a chance I go where the coffee is fresh. In Juneau this is the place, Heritage has been a raound a while and they do Northwest style roasting justice. I have ven taken home some totry myself good. They have a few locations both walk in and drive through around... More

First of all, this is a coffee shop that serves some food and gelato, don't go in expecting a restaurant. That being said, Heritage roast some damn fine coffee, and the baristas are good and pleasant to chat with. My family enjoys popping in for coffee and hot chocolate when we're downtown.

Our decaf vanilla latte and white chocolate mocha with soy were some of the best we've had. In a downtown filled with more bars than you can shake a stick at, Heritage was a heaven for us Seattilites jonesin' for a coffee break!
