This place is a legend and it's well worth the long wait times to nab a table with a beautiful view of the water. Everything is delicious, even the dessert, which we had to bag to go.

Nice view, good service, good food. Ate here for lunch. From the touristy name we were not expecting food this good.

We went here on the recommendation of the only person from home that we knew had visited here previously (and against the recommendations of our local friends). Wished we'd stuck with the locals! The prices were high (yeah, it's Alaska in summer) but the view was great and the service was good. The food just wasn't that great. Mine relied... More

Pretty much everything about our visit there was bad. The prices were high, the quality of both the service and the food was substandard. Yikes!

This restaurant is excellent. We had a whole King Crab each, and every morsel was a delight. Nicely warmed and lightly doused in melted butter. If you are a seafood connoisseur, then do yourself a favour and visit it if you are in Homer.

We always eat there once, when we are in Alaska. The staff is great! The food is great! A little pricey though. But it's a have to eat at place!

..but ended to find it just average. Travelling solo, I don't generally like to eat in restaurant and wait, but being in Alaska I really wanted to try local fish. Captain Patties is just on the spit, perfect if you're coming back from daily activities. I wanted to taste different things, so my best choice seemed the "sea sampler". It's... More

The food was great. It was probably one of the best meals I had while in Alaska! I especially liked the fried Halibut. Even though it was a little pricy, as are all restaurants in Alaska, I would highly recommend this restaurant!

We ate here a number of times during our stay in Homer and each time was amazing. The halibut and chips, the crab cakes, and the clam chowder were all amazing. They even cooked our fresh caught halibut for us one night- it was delicious!! It was always busy and came highly recommended by the locals. This is definitely a... More

We used Trip Advisor as we walked down the road looking for something to eat. The place across the street didn't get the greatest reviews so we decided on here. We didn't realize we were seated right before they quit seating for the night. The waitresses were super nice and didn't get pushy about getting us out of there. Their... More
