Just OK

Went here for breakfast. It was OK, but nothing special. Seems like a popular place. Don't try to go on a Sunday morning - lines at the door. We went back another day.

One of the best breakfast spots in Homer. Great down home style cooking with a great menu. The inside is decorated with old memorabilia giving it a nice atmosphere.

We were fortunate to be visiting some long time Homerites, and they knew this is the place for a great breakfast. Fast, friendly service, great kitchy vibe (check out the restroom signs!). Great flapjacks, crisp bacon....The Florentine was a favorite at our table! So nice to see the locals warmly greet one another as customers came in and out.

Duncan House Diner is a fun, retro atmosphere, hanging out with locals. Great home cooked breakfast. Fast service. I had the Florentine, cooked to perfection.

A very welcoming. comfortable diner in the middle of town. We had lunch here twice and the food was well prepared and service is most friendly. We particularly enjoyed the clam chowder and fish/chips. Note that the fish in the fish/chips is fresh halibut. That is a particularly recommendable dish when available.

A young lady at the Spit boat launch recommended this restaurant and she deserves a pay raise - fun eclectic facility with friendly staff and generous breakfast portions - with good tasting food - we'll be back.... Oh - very reasonably priced as well.

This place has been here for years. Popular. Just a personal opinion- they changed to country style potatoes- liked their other ones better.

Duncan House is a place filled with memories. Glancing around the walls takes you back to the '30's, '40's and '50's and the food(?) breakfast is the only meal we've had there (multiple times) and is the best anywhere on the Peninsula. We will travel an hour or more to experience it.

I met a friend from back home here for breakfast at 8am. Seating was no issue as he got there first. I ordered easily and food was delivered quickly. I had french toast, fried eggs, and link sausage with orange juice. The eggs and french toast were easily the best I have ever had anywhere. The sausage and orange juice... More

They serve a full American breakfast selection at great prices. The biscuits and gravy need to be tried if you're a fan.
