Visited her in the height of summer, but were able to get a table quick and service was good. Had delicious marscapone blueberry crepes, and couldn't resist ordering a savory egg and sausage dish to share with my friends. The place is small, and felt a bit crowded - and they were out of several specials by the time we... More

I will keep this short and to the point. When Maura is there,it's "her house" and is a pleasant experience with great food. But what she doesn't know us when she is not there, the employees are not up to snuff and not friendly. My advice is if she is not there, find out when she is and go back.

Not only are their salads' taste worth the trip, they are works of art. Good selection of sandwiches, too. They have a Deli/Bakery counter with fresh baked croissants/pastries and the most wonderful French Cheeses. Small facility, crowded with locals.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning (7/27/2014). The place was packed but service moved quickly and the food was very good. Looked like a great place for other meals as well with a well-stocked deli case. We both had quiche and it was superb. You order at the counter and find a seat (when you can). The markers... More

Stopped here for breakfast before we went shopping out on the spit. We each had a breakfast bagel and coffee. Very fresh and tasty with good hot coffee. A little bit pricey but good quality ingredients are worth it.

I've visited Maura's other times while in Homer, but forgot how good and tenting everything is. It's a small cafe with extra seating next door. View is so relaxing. This lunch I had a salmon burger with creamy tomato- basil soup. Good flavor, great bun and a bit of salad to enjoy. My brother had a yummy sandwich and soup.... More

Grabbed lunch to go from here one day while in Homer! It was excellent! Fantastic salads and soup. Only wish we had discovered them earlier on our visit to Homer so that we could have enjoyed more meals here!
