Good breakfast

Had breakfast here one morning. Food was good. Buffet seemed expensive, but looked like it had good food also. Customer service was pretty good, but a little slow.

Dined here all three days we were at Alyeska. Great breakfast, very nice breakfast buffet. Excellent service, especially Linda. Enjoyed the Crab Benedict especially. The pond views were very nice and we saw a moose from our table!

Service was very excellent, food off the menu was good. Buffet rather spendy so we kept to the menu.

We were originally going to eat @ the Double Musky & decided against the crowds & ate dinner here in the hotel. It was a quiet, intimate atmosphere with amazing food!

We had the breakfast buffet, They had a pretty good selection but not large compared to other hotel breakfast buffets. They have a create your own omelet bar and the omelet was really good. Lots of fresh fruit, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and pastries were available. We were there when the restaurant was not busy and the staff... More

We visited the pond cafe for breakfast 1 day and dinner another. Its an adequate, albeit it basic restaurant. I think it may have been open for dinner as 7 Glaciers was closed, so it had a minimal range for dinner. Staff super lovely

Nice location, beautiful views, meals were pretty good. Just like the hotel, lots of potential if there was ANY decent customer service. Very rude staff. Problems can occur anywhere, but at this hotel, staff have not desire/interest to solve/troubleshoot.... For such a nice hotel, its a shame. Customer service makes or breaks the experience.

Was normal breakfast for a hotel. I had a omelet for $12 and waffle was same price. Coffee was $2.00. Our waitress was good and answered our questions about food, hotel and area.

The Pond has tried to reinvent itself as a steak house, but they should really stick to breakfast and lunch. Their breakfast buffet, even though its really pricey, always has good food with a good selection of fresh fruits, oatmeal, and hot breakfast items. Their dinners are not hitting the mark with the steaks.

Food was all pretty good, strongly disliked that breakfast is only till 11 (even on weekends?? Really??) Also, the first day I ate there, the waiter brought me a juice I didn't ask for and charged me for it.
