The best part of Seven Glaciers is the view. The restaurant sits high atop Girdwood. Guests enjoy a scenic tram ride both before and after their meal (tram tix included with dining reservation). Our table was nicely situated near a window. The atmosphere was quite cozy. The food was good. (As far as fine dining options go in Alaska, this... More

We planned a dinner at Seven Glaciers as a reunion celebration for the group of friends with which we were traveling. We knew the restaurant was expensive, but the price of the tram from Alyeska Resort is included with your reservation. We found the food, the service and the ambiance superb. I requested a quiet table, and our party of... More

This felt like a gourmet restaurant I would eat at in New York. Reasonable for what you get. You can't beat the view and the whole experience.

We were excited to eat at this restaurant after reading about it and knowing that the view would be magnificent. My wife has a seafood allergy and they we careful to not serve her anything that would cause a problem. The issue was that the server did not explain all the great seafood choices available to the rest of the... More

View going up to the restaurant by tram was spectacular. Service was great with knowledgeable staff. Their fillet mignon with crab is not commendable for the price. In the plate was a half of 4" crab claw. Halibut dish was also fishy. Disappointed with our order. It was nowhere the kind of meals served at a five star restaurant!

Spectacular view and excellent food at a reasonable price, especially counting in free tram ride with a dinner. And very professional staff.

The restaurant is lovely - riding the tram up is fun, and the views are outstanding. Our server was great. We were pretty excited that they had a gluten free menu for our GF friend, but overall the food was just ok, not four diamond. We know for a fact that they don't even make the desserts on site --... Hard to beat the location of this restaurant. Views are amazing, even in the rain (like during our visit). Our server was super nice (although she seemed a little light on knowledge of the dishes). The problem with this place is the food is really bad, not even considering the price. My salmon dish was not seasoned at all and... More

Friendly competent service, great views, reasonable pricing, good wine selection and good selection of meal options. If you book a table directly with the restaurant, the tram ride is free. Otherwise the tram costs $50. per person.
