While the food here has a Cajun bent, the portions are enormous. I wouldn't order an appetizer as most will have more than enough food with their entree. Steaks and seafood dominate the menu with chicken and lamb offered as well. Nice casual atmosphere although the tables are a little too close to each other for comfort. Still the Double... More

This is a very unique place-- lots of cool items and art hanging on every inch of wall space--and i mean every space--- we arrived around dinner time and the place was literally packed with diners-- we soon found a table in the bar -- had drinks and wonderful appetizer..were seated in dining room soon after so not much of... The salmon was divine. Best I've had since our visit began. The atmosphere is warm and eclectic. The waitstaff is attentive. Highly recommend the Double Musky pie.

My husband and I went to the Double Musky and celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. We've lived in Alaska for almost 20 years and have never made it to the Double Musky, so it was about time! We had a pleasant wait at the bar of only about 25 minutes before we were seated by the window. Our Server was... More

A quaint little cabin in the woods. This restaurant is on the small side and crammed with unique decor. They open their doors promptly at 4:30 rain or shine so you need to be there to avoid the dinner rush. Their rack of lamb and huge pork chops were wonderful! The portions are huge and you will definitely be taking... More

the price of the food and the very long waits make this place NOT worth going to. we waited outside and the dumpsters were super smelly, that was just gross. and not much seating for people waiting for tables.

The restaurant has a lot going in inside as far as decorations..very fun to look at everything. The food we had was very good. Great flavors and big portions. The only disappointment was they were out of a lot of entrees. We were there when the restaurant opened and they opened up already out of things. Then we were told... More

I live in Houston and have traveled to Louisiana several times. I wouldn't call this cajun but it's excellent food none the less, so don't let that discourage you. There is no kids menu and I have a very picky young child who doesn't like seafood. Fortunately, they had a appetizer special of "cajun" meatballs (which didn't taste cajun) which... More

Get their famous new york steak. Seriously one of the best steaks I have ever had. The staff was great, the host did an awesome job reducing out quoted 1-hour wait to about a half an hour, and all of the food was fantastic. By far the best meal we had while in Girdwood, and we ate just about everywhere...which... More

Eating at the Double Musky Inn is an experience is culinary and visual stimulation. From the imaginative and colorful decorations that adorn the walls and windows to the visual beauty of the food, DMI is amazing! We arrived at 4:40. 10 minutes after they open. We were in line with so many people ahead of us, we didn't know if... More
