We found the Mooring when we were 10 days into a 13 day holiday. We went back twice - its that good! The staff are so incredibly friendly. Both times I had the seared tuna sandwich - the Moko. Best sandwich ever! On our first visit a 38kg tuna was just landed and we watched it being cut into steaks... More

If we didn't get referred here we would not have known it was so good. The sign and the decor is a simple beach setting but the food is awesome. Big sandwiches with lots of fish about 5 pieces in my fresh of the boat sammy with yummy fresh bread and lime mayo. The smoothies were just as great. Just... More

I had read about this before we came away, then some guests staying at the same place as us mentioned how yummy it was. We went along and it was so yummy we shared another one and went back another day for lunch again. They close at 3.30pm so don't loose track of time and miss out like we did... More

This is a must try place! Fish was very fresh and the spices and sauce were just right. Our little one had hers fried and we had ours seared to perfection. Yummy yummy yummy! Great view too.

Jill and her staff are amazing , via email we had it all sorted and Lou made the birthday cake - which was amazing also. During our stay we visited a... More

We stopped here for lunch just by chance, and so glad that we did. We both ordered a salad was was delicious. And attempted to get back to try a fish sandwich as they had looked divine when we were there but could quiet get back.

Construction was all around but The Mooring was still dishing up great fish sandwiches. Staring out at the water while enjoying mahi mahi on a roll was a simple pleasure. The staff are lovely.

There was a shortage of fresh fish on the island but not here!! They catch there own so there is always fresh fish. We had four lunches here and highly recommend for excellent food and service is top notch - well done girls and hope to see you again next year.
