This restaurant is situated in the middle of a beautiful Rarotongan garden that has been developed over many years. We booked for dinner and were lucky enough to be seated in the pavilion that takes one table slightly away from the main restaurant that was amazingly beautiful. We had chilli prawns and barbequed pork which were both excellent as was... More

On a small place like Raro there is a restaurant every 50 feet or so and mostly they all offer food of similar ilk. This place stood head and shoulders above the rest for its glorious lush location in the midst of a much loved and well cared for tropical garden. And for food with a distinct a specific island... This is a gem for either a snack or dinner. We managed both. It's set in beautiful Maire Nui botanical organic garden on the site of a former swamp (well worth walking around) and the home made cakes are super. Dinner was freshly cooked to order and eaten outside in the gazebo in the early evening watching the sun go... More

Afternoon tea was in a beautiful location here within the gardens. Fresh, warm muffin with butter and a cool drink. It's not cheap though with a piece of cheesecake for the incredible price of $16.50. Expensive even for Rarotonga standards. Still well worth a visit.

Was here last week for lunch. Beautiful garden setting for alfresco dining. I ordered the salad with chicken, paw paw, banana and pineapple- was really fresh and different, am going to try and make it at home. My husband ordered a prawn salad and was also very impressed. Lovely service too. Highly recommend!

Hidden Spirit is a lovely little restaurant, hidden in the Marie Nui gardens at Titikaveka. There are only a handful of tables, so it is quiet and intimate. The food is cooked by the chef on a large BBQ in full view, which was entertaining and unique to watch. The food was lovely and (as advertised) the cheesecake is delicious.... More

We stopped here for coffee and cake and was pleasantly surprised. The waitress that served us was really so nice and happy to chat about the botanical gardens. We didn't eat lunch but the menu had these really interesting salads. Will definitely try lunch there the next time I am visiting the island.
